I've been rebooting, installing new packages and all sorts because of various problems. I haven't got any sound on at the minute, which is doing my nut! I've tried all sorts, but there appears to be something missing from my sound card....frigging sick man! I've had no end of people come to me asking me to sort their machine out because its constantly rebooting. Took SP3 off and hey presto, all working swimmingly again. Same carry on as when they first released SP2 - although they're not saying it, you're effectively beta testing it for them! What's more annoying than anything is that they're pushing it through Windows Updates so all those who never bother to check them are installing it without realising...

If Man Utd hadn't have came in he'd have signed for us, he said that in his book. They were always going to and it's easy for him to say that now. According to my ITK Rooney was close to signing for us. We had a decent team then remember... We might have had a chance if we had been able to finalise a deal before it went public, but the moment Everton revealed that they had accepted a bid from Newcastle it was clear that ManU would come in and hijack the deal. Don't ever remember them accepting a bid from us... Remember them telling us to go forth and multiply... Pretty sure Everton weren't budging until Rooney slapped in a transfer request (which I'm pretty sure he only did because Man Utd told him they would lodge a bid as soon as he said he wanted out). Looking back now, I don't think he would have left Everton for us. If he would, why did he wait a week to submit his request?

I was more impressed with the way Kovalainen kept it on the track in the run out from the first corner. Lewis tagged the back of him and he had a massive tank-slapper but kept the power down and thankfully came out ok.... Heidfeld did indeed carry out two superb overtaking manoeuvers - the second one I am sure stopped Raikkonen from pitting

Nothing has been mentioned but I think there'd be an uproar if they didn't poach Brundle. Brundle should be a dead cert although it's understood the FIA/FOM have tried to have him removed on more than one occassion. Be ironic if Bernie cut a deal with BBC that didn't include Martin. Word is that in the opening of the hearing, his lawyer asked what the sentence might be if he pleaded guilty which the judge replied with 'suspended sentence'. Consequently Barton changed his plea... I hope to fuck the judge was calling his bluff and if not, the club tear up his contract with immediate effect. Oh aye and Danny... Stop going on as though we're all likely to be defending him. I think it's pretty evident what the concensus opinion of him is. People are just commenting that worse fights are seen every night up and down the streets of Britain. While it's totally unacceptable what he did, I've seen considerably worse when I've been out of a night.
