seemed like a reasonable appointment at the time though. Yeah, in fairness he just went metal whilst at NUFC. Dunno if 'mental' is the right phrase. He just believed that no one man was bigger than the club (which he's actually right about) and giot obsessive about Alan Shearer with regards to that.
