1. I think it was in '96, but the remake they did for '98 wasn't. There was uproar when the FA chose that shite number which was headed up by the Spice Girls IIRC.

Taking the internet too seriously again tbh 111914 Fuck off tosser. 111919 4 day ban if you keep that shit up!
3. Only regret I have about Sir Les is that the PLC forced the football club to sell him. In my opinion he was by far the best striking partner that Shearer ever had, I'm sure I've read that was Shearer's opinion as well....
4. It was the locking himself in the bathroom like a fucking kid who was in a huff that was cracking me up. He had two kids under the age of 7 who just sat downstairs calm as anything while he did it - he was a complete tit! If I ever carry on like that in front of my kids, people have my permission to shoot me - it's embarrassing!
5. Just give them go carts, knocked together from a couple of orange boxes and lash a 300 hp engine on the back. Transmission optional 111620 There's already a formula for that though....and most F1 drivers have progressed from it!
6. I agree Alex, but I view his performances for Chelsea and wonder if he was simply one of those players who couldn't adapt to the Premiership? If that's the case he'd have been an expensive gamble...
7. It was Ginola who was the sweetner. We tried to sign Weah back in May 1995 and Ginola signed a few months later.. I'm glad we didn't get him - I thought he was gash when he played for Chelsea a couple of years later - Sir Les was a far better acquisition... Didn't we try to sign Ginola and when it looked like it was stalling switched our attentions to Salako only to go back in for Ginola when Salako failed his medical?
8. The one that cracks me up is what KK said about Douglas Hall in his autobiography when Deadly Doug tried to sign Baggio and Bergkamp in one hit.
9. I remember Keegan trying to sign Baggio, Weah (which really pissed him off) and Boksic (who was the other player he was looking at when he signed Asprilla - plumped for Tino as he had more desire to come to Newcastle). Don't remember us being linked with Del Piero, Henry or Signori - probably were at some point like.
10. Speaking of Sunderland, did anyone catch that Mother-in-Law/Wife swapping programme after the match last night? (I was only watching it as the nipper was creating and rather than switch channels, I was trying to get him to sleep). The bloke was a Sunderland fan who openly admitted that he wouldn't have a single black and white item in his house. Started getting arsey with the 'woman hitler' and she started to unzip her jacket. "ooo you doing a strip-tease for me?" His face soon dropped when he saw that she was wearing a Newcastle shirt - daft twat pegged it upstairs and locked himself in the bathroom until she took it off!
11. If this comes off, I can see Liverpool streaking away into the distance alongside Chelsea far above the remainer of the Premiership
12. No, it's most famous one is... Come Back To What You Know is their best track 111347 i kinda meant that, just didnt explain it very well the chris martin song (ashes) is on at St James' all the time before games. 111533 "Ashes" isn't Chris Martin's song - he wrote "Gravity". "Ashes" is McNamara's own work
13. Lasses - be thankful for what you've got Lads - be glad for what you've never had and what you've never done. Or have you? http://www.dumpstersluts.com/dump/archive/...10_archive.html Search through the previous stuff
14. While I agree that Arsenal did indeed play their arses off tonight, at the same time Juventus were absolute gash! Good result for them though although I had no preference either way as to the result...
15. The example I gave offered a real 100% difference in the statistics, a pretty perfect example of an un-semantical argument; I'm assuming you're using words you don't understand. Whenever someone tries to nicely explain where you're making an error, you don't listen. I'm just suggesting you look at your figures if you're not trying to mislead all the people who have faith in you. 111472 No, never......HTT would never do something like that.....
16. Depends on the height they jump from I guess. I saw some images of what was left of some of those who jumped from the WTC after the plane hit it and there was nothing recognisable left - just a pile of blood, guts and flesh.
17. The words of a true 'racing' fan.... But no, we have the bureaucrats running the sport who think it's more important to save costs by making the engines bullet-proof! It's ruined the spectacle, gone are the days that the front runners run at maximum revs and lose an engine here and there... If teams want to 'save costs', they shouldn't be in F1!
18. Having visited both, I beg to differ.... Chester in Deeside has some right old shit-holes!!
19. Lets hope he persuades Eddie to reinvent Jordan as well!
20. With "Peasepud is a c**t and owes me fifty quid" underneath it!
21. Rumour has it they were carrying a "Hitzfeld for the Toon" banner!
22. No, it's most famous one is... Come Back To What You Know is their best track
23. 111215 We hear that line every two years.... It'll be going some to top World In Motion
24. Talking to yourself is one thing.....doing it on a website is quite: Still would like to know where the HFTT forum is as Peasepud was highlighted as a "fan from another forum"
