Think it's 3 years for personal injury, but I may be out of date. However, without evidence other than his own testimony, he is facing an uphill battle (especially if seeking sound medical advice here )

It's the bible belt stupidity which gets me the most. He is a serial philanderer, divorced many times, want to screw his daughter, but he is willing to say what they want in relation to abortion so he must be the one. As opposed to the deeply religious opponent. Fuck them (but, unfortunately, the rest of us at the same time).
