  1. Must be worth $150,000,000.00 then.
  2. Not sure how he missed it either, given he had a perfect view
  3. Not sure why the blatant shoulder in the back of the Moroccan player was not VAR'd for a penalty.
  4. I think that if a decision is to be made, it should be made by the VAR, not just drawing the on-field referee's attention to it to then make the decision. That is what slows down the game.
  5. It seems that I decided last week that shingles was something to try I don't recommend it.
  6. It was absolutely shocking, not least because all they needed to do was check the Fox Sports coverage, which clearly showed the offside. Frankly, the linesman should have picked it up, but it makes them look really stupid, because the only person in the Country watching the game who could not see it was the VAR
  7. And when he took Murphy off to accommodate him. He was shocking, and I can only assume we bought the wrong brother.
  8. As if the King would ever get a job in League One
  9. Saw a bit of the game. Sessegnon put in a fantastic cross from the wing for the centre forward to power into the goal. Mitro was strolling forward from the half way line
  10. Which will come first - Robert Mueller asking Trump questions or being sacked? If Mueller is sacked, how will that play out?
  11. Very good read, as was the article linked relating to Graeme Smith. Aussies are notorious for not being able to do anything other than abuse, but the number of times they have been undone by humour is legendary. http://www.cricketsledges.com/top-twenty-cricket-sledges/
  12. 12 months sounds a long time, but any shorter and they would have been available for the next Test series anyway. They could have banned them from Test cricket for 12 months and other forms for 6 months, I suppose. It will be interesting to see what happens when Warner says something. I doubt he will take it on the chin completely (unlike Root)
  13. In a complete bubble of their own self-importance.
  14. Absolutely Always clear that Smith had no class, but this just compounds it. Moron. This test match has been an unpleasant one, with Warner trying to get hold of the SA wicketkeeper when he said something unpleasant about his wife, and Rabada being banned (and the reprieved) for bumping Smith, but this just takes the biscuit. Equally clear that the Aussies are happy to hand it out and play the high moral ground, but can't take it. Lehman complaining about the crowds getting stuck into his players, but: "I hope the Australian public give it to him right from the word go for the whole [Australian] summer," he said. "And I hope he cries and goes home. I don't advocate walking, but when you hit it to first slip it's pretty hard." http://www.bbc.com/sport/cricket/23778598
  15. Scarily, for many of them, I doubt that very much.
  16. He is absolutely trying to get paid off now, so he is not the manager who took them down. Doesn't want that on his CV. He'll be back at some other club next year, on the basis that he is English. If he had any sense, he would take the Sky money and tell everyone else how to manage.
  17. And why does this surprise you?
