If Ashley was desperate to sell he would've snapped their hands off when they offered £320 million as that's still going to give him a tidy profit on what he bought the club for. Instead he upped it to a completely astronomical figure which only a handful of clubs in the world could justify being bought for and unsurprisingly the Yanks ran away. That says to me he's not interested in selling at all unless the offer is too good to refuse.
