Louis Theroux is a great journalist. I was watching some of his stuff last night on YouTube and it's amazing how much he's able to get out of people by playing the dumb Brit.

I want Roeder to go but I have no faith in the Fat Man to bring in anyone of quality. I also doubt that anyone of quality will want to come in, knowing that if they don't bring us success quickly Freddy will have them out of the job within a year or two.
