Woah don't put me in the same bracket as Fish. I don't mind a comic book film but there's only a couple I think are really good. I generally find that there aren't many good horrors like so I don't often watch them.

Great afternoon session from cook and particularly Duckett. Bit of a mini collapse since tea and this is anyone's game again.

First half was fucking dreadful. Made the first half against Barnsley look like the Spurs game. Second half was much better and we were well in control until the last few minutes. I know I'm going to disappoint here, but unfortunately we didn't make it to the pizzas and ale. Just went to a few bars on the main Street from the station. Which started off as quite a decent street and ended up making Sunderland look like Monaco. I'm sure some of the buildings had been bombed.

Woke up early for the train. Rashid and woakes seem to have been superb

Thick twat young un has realised while we're on the train that he hasn't brought his ticket. Kids these days!

Haha it wasn't that bad.

Obviously my opinion about Blair Witch is about as popular as my opinion of ET and Home Alone.

My memory is improving. He did do his cheek in again in the opening day win at Leicester in our second season. After scoring too.

He's apparently injured also. Although I've been told by a mate (who heard from someone who has something to do with the physio/medical side up there) that his fitness levels were way below everyone else when he arrives. This does seem strange for someone who had been playing for Simeone last season and racked up 260 games for Malaga.

Still out for tomorrow apparently. I'm not sure how many games he's missed with it (3 or 4 at least I think) but as quiff pointed out, he didn't have a preseason either and has been away once or twice with Morocco. So it's not particularly surprising that he's not featured much as yet. And for some reason Rafa doesn't seem to be as concerned about Dummett as the rest of us are, I'm certainly not going to write Lazaar off at this stage.

You might be right about ruddock. Did Pedro not do it again the next season first game away to Leicester? I'm sure I remember watching it in kavos. You're right we definitely started the first season up against Spurs. Coventry then Man Utd after that?

Agreed. Carpenter made such good films back then.

I was just bored. I was expecting something, anything, to happen but it never did. They interview some yokels (the most interesting bit), they go into the woods. Hang on, I'd better not say any more or Gemmil will be all over me for spoilers. The camera work was ok and yes it would have been interesting at the time and maybe it worked better at the cinema but honestly the only suspense was that I built up in my head that some point we would actually witness something happening. I must add that I'm not a horror fan at all. I like Halloween, The Exorcist, The Omen, The Thing, A Nightmare On Elm street and Scream and that's about it because generally they're not very good. So I don't watch many and I'm not desensitised to the scares, I just don't think there were (m)any.

I think we'll have learned from Wolves. I don't think it'll be easy but I'm going for a narrow 2-1 win.

Allen was brought in when Pedro did his cheek in against Leicester in the first game. Keegan had (foolishly) let a certain David Kelly go and we were desperately short of strikers until Beardsley could play again. Allen did pretty well to be fair to him. Sellars, Robinson and Cole all came in at around about the same time just before the transfer window closed in the promotion season.

To be fair to Lazaar it's difficult for him to get a game when he's injured. And Atsu wants to play as a right winger so he is the cover for Ritchie and Gouffran at the minute.

Blair Witch Project. I'd never got round to watching it before and I can see why now. Pile of shite. An hour and twenty of three people arguing with each other with no build up of fear and no scares at all. If it wasn't for the different (at the time) way in which it was filmed, I can't imagine anyone would have ever watched it.

Watched the first episode of the new season of Black Mirror last night. Quality again.

Moving along at a pace this game now. Shame we were so shit in the first session.

Ripping through them now like. I'm watching at a work. Got to keep coming up with reasons to stay in my office and not help with the stock take this morning so I can keep it on.
