I went to see Terminator 2 in 3D the other day. The 3D was very well done I thought but as usual I didn't think it added anything to the film at all (which of course was already brilliant). Was just nice to see it in the cinema more than anything as I missed it when it originally came out.

Great result yesterday. Can't imagine "Super Sunday" was particularly entertaining for the neutral but I'll happily take it. The whole back four deserves a lot of credit especially when you consider how much they're getting changed every game it seems. Manquillo has looked miles better than I expected him to. We need to change Perez though, it's just not working. Whilst I agree with the point PL is making about square pegs, I wouldn't be averse to seeing Ritchie or possibly even Murphy a try there. It might work no better but we have very little to lose. The same could be said with having a go with two strikers. I think I would go with Shelvey playing in front of Hayden and Mernio, at least in away games. It does run the risk of the striker (probably Joselu given how he's looked so far) getting isolated if the two wingers can't support him as I don't really think Shelvey could do that. But is should give us a better chance of dominating the midfield and allow Shelvey to be further up the field and slide through chance creating passes.

Thought it was touch and go personally. He could have just about got away with it but I can certainly see why he didn't. It's worrying that he doesn't understand what was wrong with it though.

It was never less than amazing even if yet again Lynch gives no answers again and in fact makes it less sense than the second season. I literally have no clue what happened in the end or through most of the season. Glad to see that Sherylin Fenn hasn't aged as bad it first appeared, especially given how good Madchen Amick still looks (and Peggy Lipton considering her age). Some of it didn't work but it's always interesting.

It'll all depend on how much he plays and how well he does until then. If he plays a scores there's no way he'll be going for £15m.

Club makes fuck all on spending in the stands. They sold off all of the concessions a few years ago. One of the reasons the clubs income went down.

I'd agree with Stoke but there's not much in those Burnley players. Heaton yes and couple of the others I would have for the squad but I'm not convinced I would have any of them in our best starting 11.

My mate got some corporate freebies for the game so we were in the centenary suite. Pop Robson did a bit chat before the game and Moncur came in afterwards. I think he might have been taking even greater advantage of the free bar than I was as he made a point of saying how good he thought Clark played especially as he was out of position at leftback.

Jovetic has signed for Monaco so we wouldn't be replacing Gayle with him. I'm surprised so many people are willing to write Gayle off after a bad performance against Huddersfield (against Spurs the ball rarely got near him so I don't really see how he could be criticised against them). He didn't look that great in his first couple of games last season either. It can't be ignored that we looked better with Joselu though. He's bigger so he can get a hold of more of the long balls that we play (although he's not particularly strong so he can be muscled out of it despite winning the first ball) and he's more mobile than Mitro so he does feel like a better fit to lead the line (early days of course). Even if we sold Gayle for £20m though I'm not sure what we'd get on the back of it. Leicester seem to be wanting about £30m for Slimani and I'm not sure he'd improve us much either.
