I had a JW at my door last week. I agree that the bad guy (all of them really) weren't up to much. I think they certainly have something to work with if they use her properly and I suppose this is the first real positive step for DC in bringing their universe to the screen.

Didn't notice the CGI at all as I was fixated on Gadot. But yes it did feel a lot like Captain America (which I also thought was pony but didn't have the mitigating factor of starring a goddess). It's probably the best DC film not directed by Nolan, Burton or Donner but it doesn't have much else to beat really.

Wonder Woman. I think Gadot is pretty good as Wonder Woman but it's difficult to be sure as she's just far too good looking and it's difficult to do anything else than just stare at her. Which makes the whole film totally unbelievable. There's no way you could concentrate on having a war when she's around and I'm pretty sure she could be the answer for world peace.

I think trust is the key word. For whatever reason (discipline or inability to carry out instructions maybe) Rafa doesn't trust him. Unless he feels that he can coach him to the point that he will have that trust, I don't think he'll stay.
