Last game of the season and i'm sat in 5th I've been hovering between there and 6th since January. Slight possiblity I can win the league. Sadly not of the teams above me face each other so I'll probably stay in 5th and play in the Uefa which still isn't bad. Finished 4th, no complaints. CL cash for me. I'm in the FA Cup final too against Man Utd but even though I finished above them I'm not holding out much hope. Just snuck it against Man Utd:

I've been into the Get Old ones too. Was getting back into Steve Dave then the last three have been over 2 and a half hours and I can't hack any audio for that long so I've missed those ones. Can't stand Malcolm so I give them a miss too. I was getting into the Highlands ones but they seem to have gone or do you have to pay for them? Fair play to them getting Smodcastle started up and making some cash from what were freebies.

Lets be honest it's going to go to the English manager that has the best season in the run up to the Euro's. The flavour of the month now will probably have gone off the boil by then. Hodgson could be out on his arse and it's not beyond the realms of plausability that Redknapp could have left Spurs by then.

I remember there was a reasonable amount of animosity towards him after he signed. He was meant to be Ginola's "replacement" and wasn't any great shakes when he was played out wide, especially for the £5.5 or 6 million he was signed for. It wasn't until he played centrally that people started to warm to him. He got some of shit in his final 12-18 months too. Wasn't until after he went that people realised he wasn't able to play his own game because he was doing the job of two players as Jenas had the heart of a pea and went missing. Maybe I'm looking back through rose tinted specs but he didn't get an easy ride of it.

Started with the same update as Khay. Got 9th in my first season. Not sure how as it seemed like I was drawing every other game. Anyway trying to trim the wage bill and having to take an occasional hit on paying wages, just the od 5k a week here and there. But fuck me Liverpool must be skint. They wanted to pay the 2.9 million for colo over 48 months and then only offered him 6k a week and he wanted me to pay the rest.
