Dunno about that but Newcastle West End and East End merged to form NUFC. One wore black and white and the other wore the maroon and blue hoops that were the away shirt a few years back (grandad shirt style) I believe. 59981 Neeeeeeeerd. Aye, but there is a rumour that the mackems loaned us their strips for some games in the early days. Although, I think this is what the mackems want us to believe.

Great TV, especially the posh lass who wanted to start up some sort of elite shopping guide internet subscription only to find they all thought it was a load of shite. 'I could find all of that on Google, within the hour, and it'll cost me nothing.'
-
Don't worry, I wasn't. Anyway, I'll take the draw now.

I used to go to Sunderland Civic Centre quite a lot and it make's Newcastle Civic look like a 5 star hotel. They always seem to be doing work on it as well, reminded me of the rebuilding of the Death Star in Return of the Jedi. On another note, I've heard everal rumours that NUFC used to play in Red and White in the early days.

Marvellous. 59412 Pakistan fans are leaving the ground in droves apparently. 59415 That's not the drill, they're supposed to invade the pitch when it's going tits up!
-
I hope Flintoff gave him the look as he sprinted past him. The sort of 'take that you fucking prick' look. They'll not give you as big a clap off son.

It's like Aaron Hughes never left.

I didn't think my comment was upsetting either. I just said that playing Bowyer instead of Faye wasn't anything to do with trying to take the game to Chelsea but more the fact that Faye is shite. Fair coment shirley? I'm not bowyers biggest fan, but given the choice between the two of them surely most would pick Bowyer ahead of Faye? Mind, wasn't Wullie the one who said he was glad we were playing away after a bad week for NUFC as the 'proper supporters' would be there and able to to put forward to Souness how the 'real' fans feel. I really do love them all.
-
Well, my first contribution to their in a while was met with 'do you go to the match?' I love those guys.
-
Aye, they said it was the longest walk to the pavilion in Test cricket history. Huffy bastards. Isn't it about time they had a pitch invasion?

My mate was moving out of his flat so asked for a final electricity/gas bill from British Gas in the hope he would get a rebate from paying by direct debit. He got a bill for £20,000. How he laughed. After he had regained the ability to speak, he rang them and found out they'd miscalculated a decimnal pint or something and they actually owed him £200.

Radio 5 has said the Pakistani batsman have just been offifical warned for running over the wicket. That's the second one, and apparently under new rules if they receive a 3rd official warning then England will be awarded 5 runs. If they continue to do it, England will be awarded 5 runs for every offence.

I think the boy might be right. If the board had actually bothered to put togther a long term strategy instead of sacking Robson after a handful of games then we probably would have avoided Souness and therefore all this mess. Whilst our board and chairman aren't all bad ( I do recognise the need to keep us afloat is important) I find they make poor knee jerk decisions sometimes. Firing Robson, hiring Souness, the 'bid' for Rooney. Piss poor.

We used to go after the match. Can you or Mr. Kelly tell me if they've still got the posters with loads of drinks offers that are never on when you're there, e.g.: Lager Half Price Between 2-4 on Mondays 59007 Still do! Although they did have happy hour on a Thursday from 5 to 7 or something which I bet they thought was pretty clever until they moved UEFA cup ties to that day.

Not a fan of the train transport system. Once went to Endiburgh and back and some prick was sitting in our seats and wouldn't move. No ticket officer to be seen on the way back either so to add insult to injury I wouldn't have had to pay if I'd known.

We sometimes drink in Sgt Peppars before the game. It's alright, althought they seem to have Sky taken out then put back in again every couple of weeks and I wouldn't knock ower someones drink in there and wait around for the consequences.

When I was a nipper, about 8 or 9, my nana and grandad took us all to Blackpool and whilst there got us tickets for the Grumbleweeds. They were shit like, but we were in the front row and my nana went to go the bog in the middle of a sketch, walking right in front of the stage. It got the biggest laugh of the night, and the little fat bald one followed her into the bogs whilst taking the piss out of her. When she came out he stopped the sketch and asked her if she'd made a mess. You had to be there like, but she was the best material they had all night.

I remember her now! Blonde, big tits, died after being released from hospital with the all clear or something?

Who was Dee off Neighbours again? I recognise the name. Who was she realted to/going out with? I'd say shagging but no-one ever used to shag in Neighbours (apart from Karl and Susan) a trend I've noticed has changed over the last couple of years. Bring back the innocence and scences of major misunderstandings!

I always wonder when the police and the press go on about it being easier to get pissed as drink is cheaper, because the price of drinks when I've been on a night out in town lately have been sky high.

Welcome to the clique.
-
I heard the same rumour about Boumsong 58947 Aye, he's no Aaron Hughes.
-
I thought he was right footed centre half? Ahhhh shite...
-
Aye, be careful, looks like your driving skills with be tested in the next week or so with all this frost and snow forecast! Brrrr....
