I mean if you think we have no chance against Liverpool here then why is it different in the cup? They have a lot more big game experience as well. As far as our bottom line goes by far the most important is 5th as it's highly likely to secure Champion's League football. Of course though I would take the League Cup in a heartbeat. That also puts us into the least prestigious European cup (Conference League). Howe will still be aiming for winning the Cup and finishing top 5.
