Hardly, the guy's said we're going to walk the league with the squad we have, the squad is obviously too thin without luck having a hand in not getting injuries - it's got bugger all to do with how the first team has performed. Therefore the guy's been lucky that the first team haven't really had injuries, if they had it's doubtful we'd have got the same results during this start to the season and it's even more doubtful that they'd continue any further in to the season. It's easy to say that with our 'first team' we'd win the league, but with our 'squad' it's a different matter altogether. ... which isn't bollocks. He's been right 'so far' as in we've beaten teams through our superior quality and not through luck. Again, the 'team'/'club' has been lucky that we havent had any injuries, not accadacca. They've not been lucky to win those games though.

We go down to the Canteen as a team around 12.15pm, there is usually a choice of between 4 and 6 starters, mains and desserts. Today i had an avocado mousse to start and since i hadnt had beef for a while went for faux-fillet with pasta and green beans, the sauce is always some garlic based affair. For dessert i had a plate of mixed fruit. Finish around 1pm, we make our way through to the coffee bar where we sit and chat for 15 minutes over an expresso and go back up usually before 1.30pm The cost today was 3.70 euros including coffee. Stick that in your 'al desko' sandwich.

It seems to me that the new 'badge of honour' is humility.
