This from little brother this morning . Am not sure what am supposed to be looking at apart from George 4 bridge
-
I think that would depend on who ends up buying them tbh . Man Utd up for sale too. We’re not getting this all our own way and no club ever has gone. Wenger stopped Ferguson for a while, Chelsea didn’t win the league every year. People are getting ahead of themselves. They need to chill out a bit and just see what happens . It’s great just to be in the running at the moment 👍

Why won’t the GOP elect the house leader as the new speaker? Everyone is saying this is happening but no one has explained why a minority are killing it

Pah what do you know??

Yes it very much is, and it’s the dear old Daily Record doing the arithmetic here https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/garang-kuol-hearts-transfer-target-28873903

He’s the best midfielder we’ve had at the club since Cabaye. Hes still young, he’ll almost certainly train on . I suppose what I’m saying is he’s not quite there yet
-
Well I didn’t say he was poor, I’m suggesting at this moment in his development he’s not being as influential as the hype surrounding him (generated overwhelmingly by the likes of us) would suggest. I think his recent habit of celebrating winning tackles and throw ins like a goal has started this train of thought….don’t get me wrong, my heart loves it, but my head thinks he’s over compensating for something… Aporeciate all opinions and thoughts, good points made by all cheers @The Fish for stats

Was he tasked with keeping Tyler Adams quiet on Saturday?
-
I think it’s more than that, I’ve heard it mentioned from time to time by punters at games and in match threads on here …

Tin hat time, is the golden boy losing a bit of shine? Looks to me that if you put him under a bit of pressure he can go missing a bit. I know this is sacrilege but I think we’ve over estimated his current abilities. He’s obviously hugely skilled, am not questioning that. I think it’s fair to say though that he’s still in his “bedding in” period in the premier league. Better last night v better opposition than he was on Saturday but still. He disappeared completely at Brighton. He may well develop the necessary “bite” to properly dominate his opposite number in games as he has youth on his side but for me it’s not quite there at the moment @The Fish please provide stats to show my thoughts are either bollocks or a genius insight or maybe I have a point of sorts 🤷🏻♂️

You’re not wrong squire but it’s on the pricey side… https://www.uksoccershop.com/p-272752/2022-2023-boca-juniors-home-shirt.html?currency=GBP&ovId=2645&gclid=Cj0KCQiA5NSdBhDfARIsALzs2ECmu2adSL08Tk0xKlKCeo25ykvZIEhfAq4ei7ATnJwdH58eVn1egz0aAiuhEALw_wcB

When the Emirates first opened (it might have happened at Highbury too) that Ty used to sit in the front row near the away fans trying to err “engage” with us for the entire 90 mins whilst simultaneously trying to listen to the match commentary through a ludicrous set of bright red headphones. Good to see he’s still a blatant fuckin idiot
-
It stuck out like a sore thumb at Brighton, I thought we’d gone to three at the back but it was nominally a back four, Burn properly pushed up though which was initially a decent tactic because it kept Brightons r/h side occupied but they soon started attacking the space behind him . ASM huffed and puffed in front of him but didn’t really get any change out of Solly March .
-
So we’re nine points behind these and they’ve got a game in hand on us. I don’t think it’s in any way pessimistic to suggest that getting anything from this game is unlikely. I listened to their game on Saturday and they were pretty dominant till they made a couple of substitutions, that seemed to change things according to Tony Pulis who was summarising. By that time they were three nil up though. On the face of it they’re miles ahead of us but I think we need to do to them what we did to Liverpool at Anfield; press them all over the park till their fuckin pips squeak and we’ll see how they like that
