Surprised by grown men who admit to liking Nemo, it's a proper kid's film like. Watched Return of the King last night, good for a bit of nostalgia. I'd forgotten how long the fucking thing takes to end though! -
I thought it was just a case of increased dosage = dodgy. I was mooted to have a gall bladder op a few years ago (turned out I didn't need it) and was told it would be iffy due to my weight because of dosage - that was just from the GP though. Drug doses can be a bit more problematic but it's not the major concern. Tbf to GPs, anaesthetics is a very specialised area that uses equipment, techniques and especially drugs that other doctors, particularly GPs, rarely if ever come into contact with.

...whilst the anaesthetist is pissing around on his iphone. To answer your question Leazes, the doses of the drugs we give both to put a patient to sleep and to keep them anaesthetised are tailored due to the patient's age, weight, and physical status and according to the properties of the drugs themselves. The amounts we give to maintain anaesthesia are monitored by a variety of methods and adjusted as necessary. In addition, other drugs are given to keep the patient paralysed/maintain their blood pressure/for pain relief/to stop them being sick and for a variety of other reasons. Or, 100 of fent, 200 of propofol, a mac of sevo and a laryngeal mask... OK. Thanks. I realise thats a basic crash course but interesting, I wouldn't mind knowing more though. Why is it difficult for people who are overweight [i'm not overweight by the way], is it more to do with blood pressure and heartbeat ? Because sometimes they turn away people who are overweight ? The obese present a number of difficulties - such as helping them adequately or even AT ALL. They also often have a number of medical problems - diabetes, heart disease. Their body composition can affect the behaviour of the drugs we give, and their size and shape can make the operation, inserting drips and maintaining their away technically difficult.

Ironic that Storm Stoker sounds like a porn star's name.

So he did. For 'purchased', read 'acquired' then. Same difference.

Kuqi Dont give him that Chez 'Funny' that the purchase of Kuqi is instantly disregarded by Chez in his judgement.

Up there with Ali, Senna etc. Although his career really ended in 2006 tbf. Decent article though. -
When Ashley said he wanted us to follow Arsenal I don't think he meant spazzing away games from what seemed like insurmountable positions.
-
Yeah but with the bit after the bit you've bolded you've admitted you've just pulled that figure out of your arse rather and got lucky rather than having any supernatural ability.

This is a bit like CT criticising my grammar.

Sounds like necrotising fasciitis to me.

Why didn't you ask them?

Impressive that he manages to provoke such vitriol after being off the radar for six years.

What complete and utter nonsense. Really? You think? I beg to differ: Sounds like people pushing a pseudo racist agenda more than anything else. There's plenty of gang crime with black/"ethnic" (wtf?) as the perpetrators reported. Regardless, the Lawrence case is obviously a notable one so your moaning about attention being paid to an unsolved racist murder is irrelevant and rather unpalatable.

It's not a spelling mistake though. It's a failure to be able to use the English language properly. You cretin.

They almost met in the FA cup this season (both had replays and drawn to meet each other if they won but either one or both of them lost). I heard that AFC fans/the club weren't really interested in a 'derby' - they resent the fact that MK Dons exist and that such a game gives the team a credibility they simply do not deserve. You can see their point tbh. It would be a bit tasty though.

It's a sad sign of how we have fallen that Shola is the striker who we pin our hopes on - remember when he was behind Shearer, Kluivert and Bellamy? Or even Martins, Viduka and Owen. He's not been promoted because he's got better, he's just the same player he was then, but simply by virtue of sticking around for so long he's had his moments, mostly against the inbreds. He might be a spastic, but he's our spastic.
