For about 2 weeks IIRC. That was by a vote instead of jobs for the boys too.

If you think you can make the forum a better place, attracting quality new members that stay while keeping Leazes on board then fair play to you. I think you're up against it, we've seen posts in this thread about how much better the forum has been over the past week while he's had a time out and there were similar comments a few weeks back when he was having another short ban from the place too. When you've got people that have been members for years saying they have been staying away from the football section despite us doing so well for no other reason than avoiding Leazes' repetitive rantings the you're going to have problems keeping newbies with no connection with the place when they start reading it. It's a road we've been down many times before on both here and N-O and despite your best intentions I predict the outcome won't be any different unless you pull the plug on his trolling like they did.

It looks to me like an attempt to show people you're attempting to do something that will improve the forum while not banning a certain person that is putting people off the place, which is what caused this shake up of moderators in the first place.

We could face an 'impossible task' trying to keep hold of him this summer according to Freddie Shephard. http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/336659/20120503/papiss-demba-cisse-newcastle-united-freddie-shepherd.htm

A goal that I haven't seen for a few years now so might not be as good as I remember but Duncan Ferguson vs Man Utd when we beat then 3-0.

So who actually thinks we will finish 4th?

Arsenal have only picked up 2 points in their last 3 games and their form isn't great, fingers crossed that form continues. -
He tried to sign him in the January when we were in the championship before Carr got here so it's fair to say Hughton signed him.

3 points off the Keegan/Dalglish season. It's been unbelievable. -
Enrique on the bench again too.

I agree with this, we've just had a few big defeats that make stats like this jump out, 18 goals in 4 games is unacceptable but doesn't really show the bigger picture. It's like the stat where we scored more home goals last season than all of the other premiership clubs apart from Man Utd, yet we still knew our frontline was poor. It's like the reverse this year.

I think HGH is only detectable for 72 hours max tbf.

Away to Chelsea last game of the season too They are not a club you would back to bounce back up either, some good young lads in Hoilett and N'Zonzi will be up for grabs.

One foot in the championship for Blackburn.

Would be happy to walk away from there with a point. -
Another member here.

They've got the goal difference that will help them but I don't see another 3 points their for them.

I don't think they have tbf, their wage bill is full of bonuses if they reach it apparently which is why it shot up so much when they qualified. -

Fair play to Wigan they'vs been fantastic recently. A kick in the balls to our champions league hopes for sure but let's hope the other relegation threatened teams put up a similar fight tomorrow. -
Chelsea have signed Marko Marin.

People have hoped that Leazes could change his approach for years now but he really doesn't know any other way to act, like Renton said you read posts of his from 6 years ago and they could have easily been posted last week he's that repetitive on the same subject. I agree with Jon when he said this place has the potential to he a great football forum with some great regulars, however Sun you've got people avoiding the football section when we are pushing champions league well that just isn't right. The repeated warnings have fallen on deaf ears, the creche didn't work either so now it's come to a point where tough decisions have to be made. What I do know is that I'm sick of reading it and get little enjoyment from coming here despite our current form and his repetitive ramblings are the reason for that.
