Francisco Carrillo, 62, said he came to the midday showing of "United Passions" at the North Hollywood's Laemmle theater, the only one in Los Angeles showing the film, because he is a fan of soccer, popular in his home country, Mexico.

"I like the World Cup, and the rules of soccer," he said.

 What's your favourite thing about football? The rules.

'Russia & Qatar may lose World Cups' - Fifa official

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/33041467

Well, there's a shock.

If, and it's a big if, Qatar do lose their WC due to corruption/human rights violations/having a smaller population than Birmingham/being too fucking hot to host a International sports event at the traditional time... Where would you like the 2022 WC held (other than somewhere in the UK)?

A WC in Holland would be good, easily accessible, decent weed, plenty of brothels etc

Seeing as it can't be in Europe again then it'll be either USA or Australia.

Aye, but I asked where you'd like to see it.

Fwiw I'd like to see the US have another crack at the World Cup, seems the perfect time; the MLS appears to growing in popularity, they're the ones who've brought about the revolution and may usher in a new FIFA.
