Maybe. 170cm also sounds like the height that someone short says they are so they don't sound as short.

Realistically though anyone less than 6 foot is going to be shorter than the average centre back and hence if you're short you might as well be exceptionally so to experience the lower centre of gravity advantage.

Can't wait to see him score his first goal. Would be great if it was a winner at SJP. Imagine how good he'd feel, and the crowd would love it too as he's a local lad who is very passionate about the club.

Hhmmm, Liverpool are bound to be looking for a striker in the summer. :scratchchin:

He could definitely challenge someone like Theo Walcott with pace, and he got intelligence aswell, never put a foot or a pass wrong.

which game were you watching?

No one appeared to trust him with the ball anywhere around the opposistions box tonight. His runs into space were quality but no fucker would give him the ball.

Probably because they don't know how to play such a fast and sharp striker. I really hope the squad adapt more to Campbell's style for the remains of season. After his performances he should be playing more and more towards a regular basis.

Ten minutes after he came on he jogged from our half when Sissoko and Cisse were breaking out and he should have been sprinting. Lazy, ginger dwa tbh.

Respect the ginger or fuck off!

Yeah I saw this as well. Should have been sprinting everywhere. Shortly after he almost turned it over passing back as well. No I am not saying I think he is no good. Tough match to make a cameo in.

He looks to me like a player who has been better than everyone else at every level he has played.

Confident enough to walk into the team and tell seasoned pros where they should be. Clever enough to take it easy and conserve energy and then use his burst of pace when he feels it's warranted.

Always moving into space and wanting the ball. Didn't get it a few times when he should. Caught out a couple of times when he did.

I would love to see him get more game time as the league position becomes more secure.

For certain. With our lack of options up front this should be possible. A start of two could be telling.

They don't know how to pass to the man in space? shouldnt be on the pitch in that case. He's not trusted at this stage by the other players; Tiote and Gutierrez wouldnt give him the ball. Strange, as Pardew wouldnt put him on the pitch unless he felt he was ready.
