Give me the highlights reel.

It's been done to death.

On the upside I'd rather stay in in some form and help influence from the inside so compromise should be the order of the day. Ultimately though we will run up against the hard core of the EU and their vision of ever greater convergence which nobody bar Germany really wants. They only want it because they see it as a way of hedging themselves against further bank rolling of the euro project.

I don't want to get into a discussion about it because I'm not a hard core Brexiter and agree with a lot of stuff that Renton goes on about. However unlike you I don't see the EU through rose tinted specs.

I can see the flaws in the EU as well as anyone else but it's no worse than the cunts in Westminster.

What should have happened, with respect to the UK, was that Cameron's opt out on "ever closer union" should have allowed us to gradually drift out to Norway (plus) like associate status over many years. I'd have preferred full membership personally but would have accepted this, as I suspect 90% 9f the population would have.

What actually happened was...... Tory vulture capitalists cunts seizing the opportunity to rip this country apart and damage the EU for their own ends. And nobody who matters even has the balls to stop them.

It just seems a fact of life that young people are idealistic and left wing. Thankfully they get older and more self centred and narrowminded.
