Last week's victory at Cardiff lifted West Ham out of the bottom three but they remain in a precarious position and Upton Park is bound to be gripped by nerves against Newcastle, who have lost their past four matches. The welcome news for West Ham is that Andy Carroll will be on the bench again as he continues his comeback from injury and he should be joined there by Ravel Morrison, despite talk linking him with Fulham.
