Did you go when Newcastle played them in the Europa league?  Lots of trouble in the town iirc but not much once we’d hiked through what was seemingly an extension of the Black Forest out to the ground 😆

Of course, I did and met with Matt and some others.

 

I had to take a train back late in the night and arrived home early in the morning only to just get dressed as it was the start of my stare exams (bar exams).

 

Didn’t see any bother that day tbh. But it doesn’t surprise me. Frankfurt are one of the fiercest rivals of my local club. I despise them very much. Unlike others they haven’t really changed since the 80s when it comes to hooliganism.
