I had manic miner and attic attack.

You must have the same YT feed as me, I got that one. Presenter is a hotty.

Manic Miner was insanely difficult, think I could get to a level called Eugene's layer before dying, it had walking toilets.

Ultimate Play the Game were the best though. Atic Atac, Lunar Jetman, Knightlore, Sabre Wulf etc. The things they could do with 48k is mind boggling.

My favourite ever game though was a turn based strategy game called Rebel Star Raiders. The detail was incredible, I once found out I could use a lawn mower in a space ship biosphere as a weapon. Still play it occasionally on an emulator. Captain Kreenon and Kurt Levine....

Presenter is Sarah Greene of Saturday Superstore and Going Live fame. And of course Ghostwatch (PIPES!).

And aye she was great back in the day.

Attic Attack was great. Gauntlet was the game changer

Naah. Firstly, Atic Atac was years before gauntlet. Gauntlet was an arcade game and the spectrum conversion was boring as fuck, AA was still better.

I think I was a bit young for her stint on Blue Peter. And you were definitely too old.

Fuck's sake. She's older than me.

What does that say about you and your crush? 🙂

Listen, you're wrong, but in the spirit of Christmas and because you were a speccy owner I'll let you off. Now if there are any C64 owners here however, they will be treated with the same disdain as standers. In fact I suspect this is the Venn diagram of that l, the filthy bastards.

I fancied Sarah Greene rotten when she was on going live, a fantastic blend of being attractive but having a bit of a teacher about her. A milf before the term existed. Wasn't a big fan of her husband then couldn't stand the cunt when I found out he was was married to her. (never trust a British Michael who prefers 'Mike' to 'Mick').

I heard that her marriage was a bit of a sham tbh, as she was sipping from the furry cup since 1988…

… well, that’s when she went off choppers anyway.
