FootyHeadlines has us down for having the vertical stripes

Looks like it's this template we are getting

So that's settled that little debate. The information was readily available.

I don't want to go to the sela cup, however just as a little experiment I logged in to buy one. so they took £37 out of my fucking bank account yesterday despite not informing me they were going to. however proud 25/26 number i must be, be8ng as I've paid for the fucking thing, yes? wrong, I can't buy a ticket because it's restricted to members....
-
Pretty much under the radar as well which I hope is our strategy too. I think the challenge we have is that we had years of Ashley's cronies telling us "we were after a player but we couldn't quite get it over the line..." so disappointment is entrenched and expected, and likely intensified by virtue we had to satisfy PSR for the past couple of years. I'm really hopeful we're going to be pleasantly surprised come the end of the summer.

Devastating incident at East Boldon station this morning

there's fuckers who want to be members and are more than happy to renew auto manually they don't really care. they are claiming they haven't had an email regarding renewing. so let's be generous to the world's shittiest box office and say all these people like me it would seem have inadvertently deleted their email, they'd therefore not have opted out and be members, yes? well no actually, because no money has come out of their accounts. not only that, the tickets have gone on sale today for the game against athletico madrid and they can't access a restricted sale on account of not being members despite desperately wanting to be.

It was actually the player himself who "proved" he didn't want to play for rival Barcelona, because when the rumor linking him to Barcelona broke, he posted a photo on social media of himself kissing the RCD Espanyol crest with the message "Don't believe the lies" or something like that. But yes. I'll also tell you that things in the market change very quickly. I've been in contact with people who work in Atleti's sporting department, and I know of many signings that, even though they were already signed, didn't end up happening.

Also from their website...

I'm not sure any of us have a clue on likely 'ins', we thought we would be in for Mbuemo. With that dead all I've seen in here is snatches of rumours, nothing concrete. Likely outs seem to be the supporting cast of the midfield positions. Longstaff, Willock potentially. Hopefully we're about to shift at least a couple of hundred goalkeepers.

I'm very happy about that. Only recently linked too which is nice.

no idea what city's valuation of florian wirtz was but i suspect we thought we could negotiate a much lower fee than is being demanded. and we walked away. the rest is spin imo. looks like Reijnders for £46.3m is more reasonable. With Cherki and Ait-Nouri to follow hopefully. A much needed midfield refresh. who are you're likely ins and outs?
-
Man City signing Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan for £46m.
-
I'm sure there are. Doesn't mean the club haven't sent them. I doubt very much they've been selective on which members to communicate with.
-
Aye. Things aren’t always black and white as well. If Mbeumos agent says he wants more than £200k a week then I’d assume we immediately disengage.
-
They want rid of him cos he had a training ground bust up at the end of the season. No one is paying anywhere near that much for him
-
for what its worth, i think you guys might follow a similar model to us. but modified somehow. there were noises about that early in your takeover. if so you'll decide what a player is worth to you and walk away if the selling club wants more than your valuation.
-
Didn't stop him on day one

Does this new job mean @wykikitoon won't be able to post all day from work?

I see some countries (Finland the latest) are issuing travel advisories to the USA. Tourism is going to take a massive hit. I suspect the World Cup won't be affected but there is still time.
