The irony being that, now we've cottoned on, there are fewer 3pm kick offs than there used to be so it's become less valid. Obviously 12-45 kick offs would adjust the training times, etc.

It's so simple. If you're playing games at 3pm on a weekend then it's obvious that your body should be training throughout the week at 3pm. It's hardly rocket science. And something that should have been done years ago tbh.

Is it the club or Robson/Souness/Roeder's fault? One thing that always impressed me at Bolton was they never had any real trouble at the club, even though they had Anelka, Diouf and Campo on the books. Can Allardyce get the best out of Barton as well as sorting out his behaviour? Well if it's £40 a month, then between 4 people it's not overly expensive really. I'll have a look into BT to see what their craic is.

Moving into a house soon and there'll be 4 of us there and we're trying to figure out what the best broadband package would be. We really need unlimited download and a wireless router would be ideal. And we all need to be able to access it at the same time obviously. AOL looks canny so far, but Sky's package that includes Sky telly looks decent too, but I've heard somebad reviews.... Any help appreciated!

I thought West Brom played the better football but just couldn't score really. Koumas really did stand out in terms of quality on the ball but he almost lost his temper towards the end when he looked like he was gonna punch someone before Poll stepped in. Derby did finish 3rd so I guess deserved to go up in the end.
