I think it's more disturbing that you appear to be getting excited about the fact the Real IRA have started a bombing campaign... particularly when you consider what your provence had to live with for 30+ years.

It's Cantona with a parody scouse wig tbh.

Gravesen. Awful tackle that. One of the worst I've seen and completely amazing Bernard wasn't seriously injured. Was a bad tackle no doubt about it but wasn't anywhere near as bad as Nolans tbf Was 100 times worse in my opinion, and from that second our history unravelled, if we'd have won that game, we had a good chance of winning the league and it was 1-1 at the time. I'm sorry but I disagree... the fact Bernard wasnt seriously injured and Anichebe was would certainly point to there being a difference in the challenge... factor in that Anichebe is build like a brick shit house and Bernard isnt would also point to you having to put a fair bit more in to the challenge to seriously injure him. I challenge that... I reckon Anichebe would have been down a damned sight quicker than Bernard here: Bet he doesn't make as mean a crepe either...

Aye but watch Tiote 'do him' and then be served with a fucking massive suspension for it...

Who the fuck is Carla? and the only reason I've acted a cunt on here is because people take the piss out of Liverpool and act cunts on here. This the only site I know that changes your user name for fuck sake I suggest you check out you 'supposed' local cutural records if you don't know who Carla Lane is.

According to Simon Bird, we went for Craig Bellamy in the summer but he turned us down.

I seem to remember Nolan was (rightly) issued with a straight red card for that challenge and was accompanied by a ban. De Jong is available for selection from the next game and will not serve a single minute of suspension for a truly awful tackle. And for what it's worth I don't know one of our fans who were not disgusted by Nolan's challenge on Anichebe let alone defended him so I totally fail to see what point you're making... Well it could be argued that Nolan's 3 match ban wasn't even close to being the punishment he deserved... would a De Jong 3 match ban be enough to satisfy you? I highly doubt it. So the point is valid that Potentially ruining a players career is disgraceful but it happens and NO CLUB including yours is guilt free. The point you fail to recognise is that calling for De Jong's head is massively hypocritical when you own players are less than innocent of this type of thing You're not getting this are you? No one is claiming NUFC ARE guilt free. In that respect how the hell can you call us hypocritical? My own view is that MCFC should cover Ben Arfa's wages and De Jong personally should cover the medical bill for what an independent panel should determine as a disgusting challenge. You're counter to that would be that I wouldn't want the same punishment to have been metered on NUFC and Nolan for the incident you've highlighted. And you couldn't be more wrong. This kind of brutality needs kicking out of the game for good - it isn't about backing individual games or players however if you want to go down that route, let's not forget Gravesen's maiming of Olivier Bernard years ago.

Should have taken that impersonating tit Lee Evans with him.. no doubt a film will be commissioned with that goon in the leading role. RIP Norman...

Oh well at least there is one positive from the FA's spineless response, much more chance of someone breaking De Jong's leg if he is on the pitch. Aye righto.. as someone commented on earlier, Man City are now in that percentile of clubs that the FA let get away with murder....

Well there's a fucking shock. Useless arsewipes. Absolute fucking spineless cunts!

Actually I think his injury has a lot to do with why he's so shit. Was a totally different player before the leg break. Didn't he break, dislocate and do the ligaments all at the same time? Yep I think you're right - enough to completely end a career in all honesty. Had to endure the ambulance being attacked by Scousers as well IIRC.

Luke Edwards saying that HBA's rehab will be with us and not Marseille strengthening the argument that he'll sign for us regardless of the 25 games.

I guess it's a sign of my age that the next line in my head is "Micky Quinn, Micky Quinn". As for Nolan, I think the question should be "What is it he's doing to make sure he's included" rather than what he actually brings...

Shamelessly knicked from 8 out 10 cats..... Tiger Woods evidently misunderstood his Father's death-bed wish: "Concentrate on golf, fuck everything else..."

As much as I think he's an absolute dirty cunt, I can't understand their decision on that one.... Surely would have been more applicable for them to drop him after the challenge on Alonso in the WC? Or are they turning a blind eye to that one? The Dutch coaches have been onto him to calm down for over a year and at least since the WC. I'm more interested to see what action the FA take. Should sanction that MCFC pay HBA's wages whilst he's out and that De Jong personally foots the medical bill. Spineless bastards will do fuck all though.

Seems a very bizarre thing to do. Must say I am pleased that at long last someone is starting to do something about these ridiculous universal benefits. Pretty sure earlier on this thread you claimed child benefit wouldn't be cut by this government. Absolutely astounding cock up by Gideon as Shackbleep has pointed out. You could have a family where the father earns £45k with a stay at home mother and 4 kids losing thousands of pounds in benefits. Yet if both couples worked and earned £80k between them they would keep the benefits. Can't see that being a vote winner somehow. Gideon said on the radio it was just simpler to do things this way rather than introduce proper means testing. Maybe so but it is also totally illogical and unfair. Still, who gives a shit about that as long as we can cut back on 'pen pushers', eh? Fuck simpler, surely doing it 'correct' is the best way forward? His attempts to justify this utter fucking disaster of a policy are making him look a bigger dickhead than he already is.
