And so long as its a "plan" thats the main thing, as we never "plan" like every other club does The "plan" brings guaranteed success, as every other club in the world bar us has been more successful than us because they have a "plan" I don't think you're quite getting the hang of this whole "plan" thing. A plan is only beneficial if it is a good, well thought out plan usually coming from the top such as those of Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool or Bolton. If you want bad plans then look at Leeds, Charlton, West Ham or Middleborough. For no plan see us, and where has our lack of planning got us in the last three years?

When Krul is fit I think he should be the back up to Given rather than Harper. Harper has done a decent job when called upon and been a model professional but he's never going to be our No. 1, something that Krul could be one day and he needs playing time whether it be as Given's understudy or preferably on loan he has to start seeing some first team action in order to progress.

I wouldn't call them PJ's as they're too thick, but they're not trousers because they're padded and have zips on the bottoms. On the basis of this season I don't feel we deserve one but we're not far off it and on paper the teams above us aren't as good, if Roeder can get our team playing anywhere near their potential then yes it is possible but I'm not holding my breath.

Exactly, we may have the points but we're not going to get through to the end of the season on luck, the performances need to improve if we've any chance of getting an European spot and on the evidence of this season the performances just haven't been up to the level required.

Light years ahead of us in terms of back room methods and sports science tbh, its not luck that they can prolong the careers of the 30+ brigade whereas we struggle to keep half of our squad fit. most of that is down to the club personel not physical facilities which we have in a bundance we won't get that right until we stop rotating the staff every 2 or 3 seasons Well they had video/player tracking systems in place long before the rest of the teams in the PL and have invested resources in injury prevention and recovery which has enabled them to operate on a much tighter player budget than we've had. But this is as a result of 'planning' and having consistency in the backroom staff. When Roeder took over he spoke a lot about having a structure within the club which would help with these sorts of issues but so far we've yet to see any evidence of this 'plan'.
