Water cooled ones are practically silent but can be expensive, is your fan new ? if not check to see that it isn't clogged with dust on the blades, this can make the fan unbalanced and cause noise, invest in an air duster spray to keep your fan clean and blow out the fins of the heat-sink.

Before I was on salary, back in the day when I could do overtime, I would get more money than the standard rate if I took a holiday, I would be put on holiday rate that had factor based on my recent overtime, it was the maddest thing ever, you could earn more money being on holiday than actually being at work, I still don't understand it to this day.

MICHAEL OWEN’S rift with Sam Allardyce deepened yesterday when the England striker refused to apologise to his Toon boss. Owen denies he is gambling with his Newcastle career by rushing back from a major op to play for England against Estonia on Saturday. In a clear message to Allardyce, defiant Owen said: “I’m not going to apologise for wanting to play for England.” Owen also insisted he WAS ready to start for Newcastle against Everton on Sunday — but it was Allardyce’s choice to make him a sub. Owen, 27, said: “Being on the bench was the manager’s decision. It was a decision I respected but I was definitely available to start.” Allardyce last week expressed concern about Owen rushing back too quickly after a double hernia op. But Owen said: “If anything I’ve always pushed, even when I have been hurt, to play for my club, my country. “Your career is so short and I’m hungry to play in any game and score any goal. So to get labelled as someone who’s ‘Just trying to do this to play for England’ is wrong.” Frank Lampard and Shaun Wright -Phillips are available after injury for Saturday’s Euro 2008 qualifier at Wembley. And Owen clearly feels he has been singled out unfairly. He said: “Looking at other examples, Shaun had a hamstring injury, not played for a couple of games and he is fit for England.” The Sun revealed tensions between Owen and Allardyce have simmered for nearly two years. But Owen said: “I have no problems with the manager.”

I agree.... But then without actually playing for the club in question, how on earth can they further their careers? It just goes to show how overblown this whole thing is, I don't recall either Allardyce saying Owen must not play for England, nor do I recall Owen saying he's not prepared to play for his club. This whole shit-storm is just media bullshit.

Got T-2 on dvd today, £3.99 in HMV sale. Breathtaking at the time, still pretty awesome now. A classic. Next Terminator film set for 2009 Production on the fourth instalment in the Terminator film series will begin next year ahead of a 2009 release. Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins will be the first in a proposed trilogy of films reinventing the cyborg saga. Derek Anderson, of production company Halycon, has told industry newspaper Variety the film will be "set in the future" during "a full-scale war". The Terminator brand is currently being revived on US television with the Sarah Connor Chronicles series. Lena Headey stars in the title role, previously played by Linda Hamilton in the first two Terminator films directed by James Cameron. 'Fresh new world' Former actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, now governor of California, last played the series' robotic protagonist in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. According to Variety, however, it is unclear whether he will appear in the new film. "We've left it open for him to maybe do a cameo," said producer Moritz Borman. "The final decision will be based on his desire and availability." Warner Brothers have acquired North American distribution rights to the fourth Terminator film, which it plans to release in summer 2009. "The intention is to present a fresh new world and have this be the first of a trilogy," said Borman.
