I think during his time in the latter part of his career here he seemed to get caught up in the apathy alot of the fans had too. Having to partner Williamson or Taylor for the years which looked to have been his best and having Pardew as his manager wuth no real ambition to strive for added to his lack of dedication whoch shouldn't be an excuse when picking up 60k a week.

It's almost like they are trying to completely ignore the prices of players now. The whole market has changed from what everyone thought it would be in the space of 2 month. They seem so fixated on getting players for a set amount instead of realising what is going on in football. Players prices have dramatically risen. We all thought Sigurdsson was a 20m player, he's now 50m. Everyone thought Pickford was a 10-15 million player, he's not he's a 30 million player now.

After seeing Jack Cork go to Burnley for 10 million I now have hope that we can actually get a decent amount for Colback.

I'm sure he started last season well and got quite a few goals including one against us I think, but I didn't hear much of him the second part of the season maybe due to Norwich tailing off.

Yeah he got some unwarranted criticism at Arsenal as he did score alot of goals for them but just wasn't "fashionable" enough for them but I think if we did enquire I think there's be some interest. Not that I think it's gonna happen in a million years.

Shame Sunderland got relegated as I'd have liked to have seen theirs

Depending on how much Arsenal would sell for I'd maybe try for Giroud. I think he's an under rated striker.
