People who say "etcetera" out loud. -
Conceivably. I was trying to avoid the "leaving the house" thing as much as possible though. :icon_lol:

Cunt. Aye, maybe, got nowt else planned. Fancy hitting Greenwich if the weather's good? It's only a leg-stretch down the DLR for you miscreants, and it's rather nice.

Wait, you posted this less than 20 minutes before quoting Trainspotting in another thread. I'm starting to think you're actually an undiscovered comic genius. -

The word "outwith" pisses me off, for what it's worth. Particularly since it's not a real word. -

That's the thing. Smoking is like religion - by all means do it as much and as often as you want (be it once a week or 20 times a day), just keep me out of it and let the consequences be your own, because they simply don't stand up to rational debate. It's an outdated habit but one that has a hint of nobility attached to it, so I'll respect that nobility as long as you're prepared to accept your choice and live the corresponding life as a result. I can't give my fella a loving kiss in the middle of a High Street pub without consequences, so I don't get what makes you so special. Passive kissing's a bitch. You'd think it was infectious. -

THE TRUTH: It's fucking rank. Fuck off!

"apathy is the death of democracy" = "pls pls vote or the BNP will get in" It's a principle worth pursuing, but still... there's something faintly wrong about the whole affair.

Excellent. Boxing is for gays and girls.

Because a smaller capacity mp3 is physically smaller, looks better, uses flash memory (faster, more reliable), and has a much better battery life? Honestly, for people who are claiming 16 gigs of music isn't enough for a long holiday, what the hell did they do before mp3 files? Hire a transit van stuffed full of vinyl with a music deck to follow them round? They didn't bother to the same extent as they can now, I suppose. I'm not sure I get the logic though. Should we forego broadband Internet because we were perfectly capable of surfing this place on dial-up?

Wasn't that a really, really, really, really, really, really, really bad John Lennon lyric?

Unless I have a particular recent new issue, I like to use my Zen in random mode in order to "dig up" things I havem't listended to for ages - this sometimes then leads to focusing on that band for a few days or at home. I'm on the hunt for new music almost daily, so I'm never without something new to pop on the iPod. Does mean I get to hear a lot of average stuff. La Roux is pretty much crap after "Going in for the Kill" and "Fascination" Just to save you some time, don't both with Bat for Lashes latest - it's pap. I rather liked it.

Are we destined for yet another pathetic season?
Meenzer replied to Asprilla's topic in Newcastle Forum
We're all gloryhunting attention-seekers, you know. We still will be even when we keep turning up for our fifth Championship season in a row. -
I've got a wee 1GB Zen Stone for the gym, which gets anything I feel like listening to that day/couple of days. I haven't got an mp3 player with capacity beyond that, since I don't have any real reason to listen to music on the go (no commute, etc.), but if I did then I'd shell out for something huge that'd take pretty much everything I own. What would be the point in splitting the difference with a mid-range player and having to limit myself to, say, my 50 or 100 favourite albums at any given point in time? I have no idea what I'll feel like listening to the next time I'm mid-air between Heathrow and Frankfurt or jogging at the local park. Why not have everything at my disposal?

Can he play central midfield?

About 75 gig on my main HD and god knows what else on various external drives that I don't listen to much/at all.

Aye, can't be doing with anything that needs the oven on for long at the minute.
