The outrage is fun I guess, but really there was nothing on that game at all, both teams positions were locked in by today. On another note, Xabi Alonso and Phillip Lahm both retired this weekend too and exited in a much classier manner (as you'd expect). https://streamable.com/gzidg

Probably not no.

35 goals between 10 games today. Match of the day will be worth a watch
-
Liverpool have scored, considering boro are incapable of scoring I'd say thats that for anything remotely at stake on the final day. City are playing well, scored a couple of cracking goals so far.
-
Liverpool have had 80%+ possession against boro so far.

So Real Madrid have just spent 45 million euros on a 16 year old brazilian who can't join them for two years. Games gone. -
Swansea will be alright, Burnley could struggle but they invested well last summer and will likely do the same this time. West Brom could have a hard time, they've a really old squad. Bournemouth can't afford to have as poor a summer of signings as they did last time. There are less than 10 points between 17th and 8th as it stands, any of those teams could have a crap summer and be in real danger.

A lot of teams just played shite against them as well, the ones who really dug in against us seemed to roll over for a belly tickle against brighton for some reason.

Lazaar is such an odd one, 4 league sub appearances all season, I don't recall him looking particularly awful in the cups, just rusty due to lack of games. -

Bournemouth are bidding £30 million for Nathan Ake and Begovic from Chelsea. If that's the sort of value that is in the PL market this summer then we need to readjust our expectations of how much someone like Sigurdsson would cost tbh. -
Can you prove that though?

Im watching Southampton v Man U, considering neither have owt to play for its been a better game than the playoffs have produced so far

Dirk Kuyt has retired, Glenn Roeder will be handing in his final scouting report over the summer once he collates his findings. -

Its only every two years, there won't be an AFCON to worry about next season. -

He's beyond our reach. RB have just finished in the CL spots in the bundesliga and have loads of money. -

Cairney is 26, same as Mooy. I really agree with you though, players who've only played well at championship level or have had a good 6 months aren't what I want us to be going for. Mooy, Cairney, King are all disappointments waiting to happen. -

How has he got the potential to surpass Shelvey? I'd agree if he was 20 or so but hes 26, he's older than Shelvey and has no experience at the top level. We do need someone to play where shelvey does but surely we should be looking at either someone younger or someone better rather than spending 10 million on backup.
