Aye youtube works on views not subs, though more subs/likes on a video pushes it higher up in the recommended list for people who wouldn't normally know about it, leading to more views etc and so on.

They wouldn't though, in his own mind at least so he wouldn't bother. His previous poor performances haven't dampened his belief that he is good enough for Real Madrid, his games now will have even less exposure so he won't bother at all. -

To be fair to the massive bellend, that's nothing like what he actually said; “I want the side to retain the ball, to play a brand of football we couldn’t really do last season due to injuries and the squad’s strength,” Not that he is capable of coaching a team to do that anyway. -
He's 27, the reason he never played was that he's shit. Phillipe Auclair said, at the time he signed for chelsea, that he wasn't good enough for ligue 1 nevermind the premier league. Chelsea bought him and then immediately didn't bother putting him in their champions league squad, he played 1 minute for them in 6 months before being stuck out on loan.
