Aye, its the same old Mass Effect for the most part. Multi-player is fun, although i dont think there's a lot of longevity to it. But I daresay EA will release plenty DLC of questionable value to keep it fresh. Loving the single player so far, glad to see all the choices i made in ME 1 and 2 have carried over from my saved games too.
