HD-DVD is, Blu ray isnt natively but the players have dual lenses so they are. I had a look at both when I was over in Canada and even though Im usually an early adopter I was completely underwhelmed.

Most of those will be multi format. For those that wont , GT for example, theres alternatives. Forza is a much better racing game than GT tbh. You actually race in it for a start. 360 + Wii for the same money as a PS3 and this year. The only reason I could see anyone going for a PS3 is if you're well into Jap RPGs.
