That's why your Mam loves him.

30 goals in 20 appearances this season, I heard. Some record.

16p per cup! That would price a 240 bag box at over 38 quid!

Agreed. The best use of the resource of HBA is in an attacking sense. Our system should be designes with him as a focal point. If we don't play a system that gives him the ball, there's little point in him being in the team.

If Steven Taylor had tweeted that...

Not at all safe for work, but my mate has come across a video with a bloke wearing a Newcastle away top...:

Whack in a star anise, a cinammon stick, a few pieces of mace and a couple of cardamom pods, wrapped up in a bit of muslin. It'll infuse a cracking aromatic flavour to the soup that will complement the copious amounts of spice you add.

He's never really been one for the left people, has he?

Aye, having players regularly playing for their national sides is no bad thing, as long as they're not Michael Owen and do it at the expense of playing for their club.

Our squad isn't tiny. We could do with another striker, but we're pretty well stocked in most areas. -

Far too many factors that need controlling before a straightforward results comparison can be made. -
I expect us to win. I don't expect us to hammer them, but I expect a win.

"injury crisis" ignores the mix of injuries. A few serious long term issues like ruptured ligaments or broken legs can seriously skew the figure. These need to be eliminated so we are only considering the niggles, strains and pulls that come with playing too many games and not allowing sufficient recovery time. -
Spurs battered us in the second half, we were crying out for someone who could hang on to the ball for more than 5 seconds. The result was class, but it could easily have been very different.

Nowt like Jonas defensively. No idea where that one came from.
-
I'd still have Jonas back in in a shot. Probably at the expense of Sissoko.

Having Tiote and Cabaye regularly playing together is huge, and something we rarely had the luxury of last season. -

You were counting misplaced passes? Sounds like you were desperately trying to build a case against your least favourite player. -
Fuck me, that's pretty damning. Arsenal apart, he's not played in a clean sheet against a decent side.

He's already our joint highest earner so there's no way we would offer a payrise, especially after a relatively poor goal return. I was playing devils advocate a bit with my earlier comments as I think sometimes it can get a bit overly negative. He is clearly out of sorts though. Flowing passing moves seem to break up when he takes a touch akin to bringing two positive ends of a magnet together. I really want him to rediscover his initial form as he was class to watch.

Consistency is a problem for probably 75% of PL clubs. Of the remaining 25%, being consistently shit is a problem for all but one of them.

I was in Sports Direct the other day and the lass was friendly, attentive and helpful. I have flown with Ryanair, who, that day, were on a mission to nab as many people as possible for having a hand luggage bag that touched the sides of their measurer. £40 a pop. Thankfully didn't get me, but there's no way I would ever consider flying with them. Abysmal company who lack any sort of integrity.

He's spent years of his career playing off the last man, receiving early passes and beating the offside trap by small margins. Standing offside is a deliberate ploy, it's a mind game with the defender who doesn't know whether to drop deep or hold his line. All it takes is Cisse to make the move back onside and turn, and he's got the edge. There are two main problems though. One is that we don't appear to be playing to his strengths, meaning he ends up making run after run in vain, and the other is that he isn't having much luck when it comes to sticking the ball away. It's a cliche, but it's true - it's all about confidence. He needs a one on one, and a confident finish into the bottom corner. That would sort him out I reckon.
