Who said we'll leave it till the last minute? I'd rather have had some in by now, but we've not even played one friendly yet and the lads have only been back in training for a week or so. Wouldn't be surprised if we have a busy week at some point with a few deals completed within the space of a few days. The way some go on you'd think the window was closing tomorrow.

Going to call you out on that - how many of them have you seen? Or even heard of? Their biggest name new signing thus far managed 2 in 28 in his previous season in this league. Diakite sounds pretty average.

What? The view was we'd learn from the experience and go into another season of European football having learned from mistakes. And most importantly, having a squad.that could actually deal with the demands that time round. Last season it was a hindrance.

Wonder if you were thinking this back in January. I'd recommend leaving such comments till after the window, not before Premier League clubs have even played a friendly.

Sounds like Bony to Swansea is done. Would like to think the only reason we didn't go for him is because he's too much like Cisse and we don't want to play with two Cisse-type players up top next season. Swansea ffs.
