He's known as an ex-Deportivo player, I imagine most people have no idea he had a stint at AC (mostly on loan whilst there I believe).. Strange journalism. I'm a fair bit more receptive to replacing our central midfield (him and Tiote) than I would have been 12 months ago.

Gone Fisbing worked a lot better when it didn't have it's own sub-board. I think most of us just naturally gravitate towards the main football board and general chat. The other sections sort of get ignored unless you specifically want to talk about photography, tech help, games etc.

He's - rightly - suggesting that at one point or another almost all of them (apart from Anita) have seen their value increase by virtue of playing for Newcastle United. They all proved they could play to a high level in the Premier League, and almost all of them came from inferior leagues so of course they'll probably be worth more now than they were playing for Lille or Twente etc.
