Does anyone know if our scouting network (Carr's cronies) actually extends out of Europe? You never hear of us looking at Asian talent, or South American talent. I know it's easier to look at and bring in European players because of work permits and the like, but I'd still like to know we're looking worldwide. Even Sunderland seem to be doing that.
