No we haven't. Don't make stuff up.
-
u mad bro?

Like Leazes said, on another day we'd have won that. In fact if there was 10 minutes of first half injury time, I think we'd have scored. Santon was delightful.
-
Blackburn we did. Wolves and West Ham last season we did.
-
I thought today was probably Obertan's best game.
-
I'm going to put it to down to today just being 'one of those days' but we have to get maximum points from the next 2 matches. We'll do very very well to get anything out of the 2 after that. I don't have a problem with how we're playing but the results are starting to worry me. If we don't get enough out of the next 2 and struggle against Man Utd and Liverpool we could go as many as 9 games without a win. The games after that are winnable for weeks on end tbh, only Spurs away worries me.

Re Cabaye's set-pieces: was a mix of them being poor and them being well defended. I thought his passing game was fine today. I still can't quite believe we didn't win that. We had 17 shots to their 2, 9 corners to their 1, and 60% of possession.
-
We weren't struggling though. I don't think we were as desperate for subs as you make out. Yes it may well have aided us but I can understand why Pardew didn't want to changes things around too much. I personally wish he'd made changes sooner and I guess he has his reasons for not playing Ben Arfa. I think some of you always assume the worst when it comes to him.
-
To be fair the players that were replaced were playing pretty well. But yeah, baffling why he put the Ameobis and Vuckic on ahead of Ben Arfa.
-
Ba is an astounding footballer.
-
Domination, tbh. Really should have capitalised on it. We're all over them and have Ben Arfa on the bench.
-
Who?
-
I doubt he'll do it again. I just hope Pardew doesn't see it and go "Mehdi, you've been a naughty boy. I'm going to punish you by playing Smithy in your place".
-
Oh right, so I was mistaken and the second opinion/independent advisor actually stated that he's fit and healthy. The club apparently decided to stick with what their own doctors said. Bit strange after all.
-
We don't know why he failed it do we? Might be a heart problem or something. Marveaux had a groin injury and Ba is supposed to have dodgy knees. Maiga's issue might be something more complex.

January Transfer window 2012- Deadline Day Madness
Monroe Transfer replied to Lake Bells tits's topic in Newcastle Forum
I'd like no less than 4 players. We need 3 - LB, CB and striker. And I mean that, we need them. Either that or promote some of the reserves. -
Ba and Marveaux were free transfers, don't forget. I'm not aware of Cabaye having any previous major fitness issues. If there's an issue with the guy, and the club were planning on spending money on him then fair play to them for calling it off. After Marveaux in particular, perhaps they just don't want to take another risk. Also - I imagine our medical facilities are better than Sochaux's. Reports suggest we even sought a second opinion, one that backed up the original findings. Astounds me that people think it's fake. There's cynicism and then there's delusion. Personally I was never fully convinced by this guy. As long as we get a striker in regardless, I'm not that bothered. I'll get angry about it if it doesn't happen, not before we know anything like some people.

a 5 inch steak was done after 5 mins on each side? What kind of grill do you have? NASA afterburner?

A conversation featuring no-one I recognise. Like a parallel universe.

"Extremely excited" Can see you running around your living room with your arms in the air when the squad is announced, if he makes it.

Apparently one of Abeid, Vuckic or Smith will start. Source: Pardew
