  2. To be fair... they're probably not match fit. Agree with your main sentiment though.
  3. Little surprise the print version of The Mag has ceased to exist if that's what they think constitutes good/worthwhile journalism. From the headline I thought I was going to see a photo of Ben Arfa pissing on the shirt, not a photo of a tired looking man probably irritated by some random taking a photo of him when he's just trying to board a plane at 7am. It's not even taken on a match day - he's injured and not training as far as I know, so what if he's leaving the country? It's old news that he goes home a lot to see his family, and that most of the French players prefer to get rehabilitated at Clairefonetaine rather than via club facilities (which is an issue itself, but not a relevant one to this article). I have a lot of time for The Mag, but whilst I'm as unimpressed with how this season has gone as anyone else, at least I don't seek to twist everything to make things look and seem even worse than they actually are. It's just a cheap shot that makes them look petty and/or desperate for hits.
  4. Didn't you only start supporting us a couple of years ago?
  5. Wait... have we seen the last of Shola in a Toon kit?
  6. Oh, this fucking game. Think I'll put it away for a while. So I need a single point to be promoted in Ultimate Team. Two games left. First game gets to about 60 minutes, score 1-1, and the server disconnects me meaning I obviously lose. Now I can understand this, it happens. I'm pretty sure it's not my fault because I can reconnect immediately (by clicking R3) and because I don't get disconnected from PSN/my internet connection. So I go to the next game, the final one of the season. Get into a 4-1 lead, something like 74 minutes in. And it happens again. Thanks EA! Just made an entire season redundant, gave a guy getting battered a 3-0 win, and punished me in the process. How come I don't get punished for server disconnects on Battlefield (as the game realises it's not my fault), yet I do on FIFA? Why would i want to leave a game I'm winning?
  7. That result is not much use to either team, but Sunderland will suffer the most from it. Although they'll take confidence from their spirit. Still can't stomach the idea of Liverpool winning the league, so not a good night for me really.
  8. How did they let him get so overweight (unless that's a particularly baggy shirt)?
  9. Still think Remy coming back will get us a goal or two. He's that good - he can even score in this pathetic side. Without him, I honestly could see it not happening.
  10. Can't agree with that. He's not a great keeper but the form of the team as a whole recently should not take away from the fact that he's done alright in previous stints, and even recently he's not been helped at all by the outfield players putting in woeful performances game after game.
  11. To be fair they mention the Celtic link to it too... I'm sure in the actual programme that'll relate to about 2 minutes. Can't have enough Liverpool presence in the media. If it's this bad now, imagine how bad it'll be if they win it.
