Chelsea v The musty, hairy beef curtains. Saturday December 2
Rayvin replied to Dr Gloom's topic in Newcastle Forum
Nice to see some spirited debate about this. I can't make my mind up really although I've seen people start to appear like they're questioning some of Rafa's decisions, which suggests that he has lost some of the untouchable status that he did have. Having said that, I agree with TDan that he'll keep us up. I still don't think it'll be that close tbh, suspect we'll pull out of this. The big mistake in the run of games we've had was those two 1-0 losses against Bournemouth and whoever the other one was. The other games have gone as you'd expect IMO. -
One of the guys on my team has made an art out of spinning in the air in front of the enemy goal, and just slightly touching the ball from someone else's shot so that he gets the goal. Hate that guy

The thing is, I loved playing the bots and getting better. So that made it enjoyable for me. If you're finding it painful, then yeah, it'll be a hell of a journey. Still worth it though in the end, the online play is really enjoyable.

@adios How are you getting on?
-
How surprised would any of us really be if essembee didn't actually blink irl.
-
Or North Korea.

Ok I just read about it. Thousands of porn images stored on his computer. His work computer. That's a fucking sacking. Not even smart enough to use a remote desktop connection to his home machine ffs...
-
It's pretty fucking stupid, let's be honest.

Remember Gloom's theory about how she's doing this to demonstrate that she won't just keeping upping her offer for Liverpool though... -
I was surprised to see you expressing genuine compassion here, and then noticed the much less surprising edgy joke

Think how happy everyone on here will be if it goes through though. Trooper might even smile -
Remember when essembee was unleashed on those mackems who came to gloat at our relegation He's using the same tactics here. A mixture of bewildering nonsense and obscure facts, projected forth with the surety of self that I personally can only dream of

He'll be showing up outside your house next, laughing maniacally and asking if you remember the 23rd March, 1972 or whatever the fuck date it is he's obsessed with. -

Yeah but all these people care about is money. She's the head of an investment fund man, she's not going to be swayed by an appeal to her sentimental side. She probably doesn't even have one. -

Rafa said he was staying irrespective of who was in control though. Think, as ever, you're worrying needlessly Troops -
Sorry I meant an existing state in the Western world that represents a better leader for Western civilisation than the EU.
-
Feel free to point out an alternative.
-
Disagree, but respect your opinion. I think the EU is the last best hope of Western civilisation.
-
You may not want a federalised EU, but I do. Yes to the army, yes to taxes going to Brussels. Adapt and evolve, only way to remain at the top table in the modern world. The alternative is to become a second rate power. Or third rate tbh.
-
There is simply no robust economic argument for leaving the EU when considered at a national level. There may be individuals who benefit, like Zerosum, but that's it. There is a political reason for leaving it - people want change, no matter how gallingly stupid that change might be. There is a social reason for leaving it - if you believe immigrants are inherently bad people.

Given Joselu didn't cost half of what you need to pay to get a striker who can kick the ball forwards, that's damning stuff from Rafa Suspect it's more about the losing run though.
