Yeah I’ve really missed Sadie since she went to live with my parents, but since my dad died she has been invaluable for my mam. They (bulldogs) really are a great breed, despite the health problems. I grew up with Labs in the house and am totally aware of how much work they can be, our lass on the other hand has never had a dog before. I cannot wait for her high and mighty views of how to raise a dog to come crashing down

Just got off the phone to a dog breeder. Put our name down for her next litter of Labrador puppies. My bulldog went to live with my parents when their dogs died and I miss having a dopey mate to hang about with. Working from home 95% of the time now so it’s perfect timing really, just have to wait for it now. Pretty excited

Nah. He has had a pretty average career so far, plays in a position we don’t particularly need and I’m not sure we were ever actually interested.

I don’t profess to know a single thing about politics but am generally a labour voter. Im outraged at the general standard of politicians in this country really. Any other line of work and these fuckers would be in the dole queue. I will be voting to remove the tories rather than voting for labour at this point but they have had 12 years and not got one single thing correct so, although Starmer isn’t my cup of tea he represents the best option to me at the moment.

Been really impressed with the standard, less tribal, more inclusive, less diving and moaning. Goalkeeping is shite, but I think they are sold a pup playing in full size goals. Honestly think it would get better with smaller pitches too, but generally really enjoyed it.
