We need two centre midfielders with some legs, none of ours are very athletic when compared to most other teams, someone like ndidi from Leicester would completely change our team (obviously we won’t be buying him but someone similar)

I don’t post in here much because I’m not an expert and I prefer to learn from people who know more, but.. Im from Boro and I love it (I know - call it Stockholm syndrome) but the recent show on tv about people hunting rabbits with dogs on South Gare really highlighted the tories austerity measures. There is people in the county who are disabled who can’t get support due to shit assessments. There is people working zero hours contracts who get 1 hour a week so they are “employed” and taken off the unemployed list. Im sorting all my qualifications and professional memberships and I’m hoping to be away if I can get a job sorted, me and our lass are looking at either sweden/Denmark or Finland. I don’t even care about the vote anymore, I was and am 100% remain. I don’t want to share a country with the people who are desperate to cut their nose off to spite their face. I recognise this is a complete soliloquy and I’m not apologetic.

Can’t get over that bloke saying pretty girls and leave voters in the same sentence. Glad CT is posting in this thread again btw, got everything he has ever claimed wrong so providing so certainty

Bound to happen mate, whenever I’m watching a match with mates and I slag someone off they do something class as soon as the words are out of my mouth. Not sure of the squads but heard sancho has a knock somewhere

My mistake, Barkley touched it in blind as well as stupid

I’m getting to the point now where I want it be as bad as possible, just so when I end up robbing old leave voters houses for bog roll and beans I can rub their faces in their own piss. Of course I have no kids, my job is semi safe and I’m being facetious.

My last 12 months is getting better and better. I had cancer last year, my grandad died at Xmas and now my old man has bowel cancer. He goes into James cook early April to just have it out and bag fitted, hopefully just one blast of precautionary chemo (depending on biopsy), then 4 months on the mend. Only 66 and main carer for my disabled brother, make sure you get yourself checked out lads x

Hope everything works out mate

Train from London to Newcastle will probably cost more than your flights

They let everyone in the country have a referendum on this, just thinking about the people I know and it’s still totally mental.

They nearly cut mine off when I was a toddler, I kept playing with it so they thought something was wrong with it. Just like playing with it tbh

Our female deputy ceo held a round table discussion today about women’s place in business and construction. One of the supervisors logged into one of his lads pcs and sent an email asking to be invited and then made him go. He was one of 3 blokes and said they just whinged about men all afternoon

Oh and I took out all the abbreviations I could think of but some might have slipped through, soz

If it’s going to be an ongoing condition or you are worried about it happening again, first point of call (after the doctor) would be HR to make them aware of it, it may fall under a protected characteristic (i.e disability but I’m not an expert on that). They should raise it with whoever is looking after H&S and they should come and speak to you about it. The discussion should include any reasonable adjustments they can make (these usually come from the doctors or occy health) such as more regular breaks or job rotation and what you feel like you require from them, should result in a personal risk assessment that you agree with H&S and HR, kind of like a PEEP for disabled people in event of a fire. Ultimately if it happens at work an ambulance might be called which which would mean you wouldn’t have to worry about getting home. Legally there is no reason another employee couldn’t take you home, although this can change depending on if it’s a company vehicle (check with insurance) or if these “episodes” come in pairs, in that case it needs raising with the H&S and a plan made for letting you “wait” it out until you feel capable of being taken home. Clear as mud.

Work do have a duty of care to you but I’m confused about the question, is it regarding getting your car home or you?
