Pathetic, it really is. Like these cunts actually care about Gaza, it's all about party politics. And as if the UK has any agency over this anyway. Netanyahu does not give a fuck and will happily continue his murder spree. Why are we letting this religious poison infect our own politics?

Could trigger an existential crisis for the lad. 🎵 "I decree today that footy is simply losing and not winning Sunlun are shite, they owe me a living Ohhhh, am I Still Will???? Ohhh, am I Will Still????" 🎶 Narrr, fuck it.

Never heard of the ginger cunt. Perfect name for headline writers though.

Definitely deep fake that btw. Everbody knows Rees-Mogg only has bitty milk from his nanny.

SInce when has a Trident nuclear missile not been radioactive or toxic?

This has clearly got legs, feels like Starmer is feeding out the rope like he did with Johnson. I think Cleverley is in similar trouble too. These tories never disappoint. You just know when one scandal dies down, there is another around the corner. Why does anyone think things will get better for them before the GE? Surely the past few years tells us its only getting worse for them. Which is why I am confident of a wipe out. When it comes to party politics today, my sausage is sizzling.

Request photographic evidence of the car parked without a driver. If you're in the car, you haven't parked it imo.

Not Jump 360 in Palmerville I take it, pretty large car park round the back of that. Depends on whether it is a council ticket or from a secuity company. With the former, they can be reasonable, I've got off a few fines for parking indiscretions. The latter no chance, but I know some people with big cajones who just refuse to pay and they don't proceed to court. Fucking annoying for you though.

Keith's deed. I remember his appraisal (paraphrasing). Brent (looking exaasperated); "Can you describe one of your weaknesses?" Keith: "Eczema" WIll never forget that, in fact used it myself a couple of times. Edit: here it is:

It's not going to get easier for them next year, with them almost certainly losing Clarke which they are over-reliant on. On the other hand, they're experienced at this level so unlikely to get relegated. Just as well most of them don't want to be in the premiership anyway I guess.

The BBC doc on the Columbia disaster is well worth watching if people are into that kind of thing btw. It seems NASA just repeated the same mistakes as with the Challenger disaster. Far too process driven without seeing the bigger picture and a culture of burying awkward truths. A lot of guilt from engineers who know they didn't speak loud enough. I'm not sure if anything could have been done to save the shuttle though, in fact part of me wonders if the ignorance of the crew were a blessing. Maybe this will be explored further in the third and last part of the series next Monday. Edit: All episodes are on player. Shuttle that fell to Earth.

Hurray! Keir is nearly at 0% net approval rate! A lot better than the rat faced midget billionaire mind, who is now lower than Corbyn was. Edit: Truss, the leader of Popular Conservatism, still makes me laugh.

Blackpool is a fucking horrendous place like. It's huge and has a weird motorway connecting it to civilisation. Go a couple of streets behind the sea front, which is usually full of drunken jocks for fuck knows why, it is as bad as moss side. Genuinely pity the inhabitants there, who tend to die in their 50s looking like they're in their 80s.

Had a bit more time than usual for the telly the last two weeks. Age ratings are confusing me. Started Griselda, top notch Narcos action. An 18 here, appropriate. But Saltburn is a 15, wtf? Then I watched a documentary called Einstein and the bomb - it's a 15 and I can see no content to explain why (we've all seen nuclear bombs exploding). A short Netflix film called "the After" (only 25 mins). Utterly traumatising and one of the saddest things I have ever seen, and yet a 15. Jaws, still traumatised me after 40 years - a PG. I dunno. Off to play GTAV with my 10 year old now.

That;'s the story of the tories at the moment. Like after covid, we had the the greatest fall in GDP in the developed World (despite in theory being in a good position to manage it) and so obviously we had the biggest bounce back. But you cut GDP by 10% then bounce back by 10%, that's still a fall in net GDP. Yet they are still trying to dine out on this dubious fact. Everything that comes out of their mouths is either a literal lie or a de facto lie.

It's really odd as well. The main people who are with them on this anti-immigration crusade are racist wrinklies. This will probably make them think twice when they can't get a carer, I suspect it's counterproductive.

She's a bone fide psycho that one. Another one.

Fuck that!

Hate the fuckers. I've never been stung and as a result I think I'm irrationally terrified of them. Not too bad for wasps here though, West coast of Scotland is worst place for them I have been to. Beautiful landscape, superlative walking, terrible weather, midges, and fucking wasps.

Quite a stunning statistic. Maybe the manager isn't the problem, maybe it's something closer to home.

Had on, have these knackers actually sacked Beale already?
-
Zero, since I left 3 years ago and never pushed a trolley. Place has gone to shit since I left mind, good luck.

It's funny. When I was ill last year in hospital for 2 weeks, no questions asked here. Take as long as you want for your Dad etc. At the Freeman working for the NHS, you got hauled before HR and most likely a disciplinary if you had more than 3 episodes of illness in a 2 year period. Didn't matter if it was a 1/2 day or 3 months off. My colleague had serious heart problems, needed an operation in the actual Freeman hospital itself ffs, and got a disciplinary! If you had a chronic condition like Migraine, you were fucked there. Fostered a feeling of hatred towards HR and personally I'm nor surprised the latest CQC grading has been bad. Or then there was the time I had to go in daily for an office job when there was no need during peak pandemic. I know some clinical staff who couldn't be used who did the same. 8 hours a day, sitting in a chair, doing nowt, going stir crazy. My brother now has to commute to Leeds twice weekly now to meet - nobody. If you don't like it, leave, they say. Point I'm making is I guess people wrongly think the public sector is great for your working rights. It's not. Make sure you get a union rep is my advice.

Aye, when I've been to the carribean, it's been common for young Americans to rock up to the hotel and stay 3 nights before flying back. I know it's closer for them but fuck that, barely get unpacked.
