There's more than one of you? Slightly scary prospect.

ManU scored after 25 seconds. That's my football done for the weekend.

A new Gemmill low this. I think it was the same bloke who had "Sunderland 'til I die" tattooed on his arm in series 1, genuinely seemed canny. Tempting fate a bit with that tat though....

I'm guessing you don't, you just use opinion polls for the Scottish and NI votes. It's just a bit of fun.

On the other hand, who cares? Does Holden come across credible here? No, he comes across as a lying cunt. And a boring one to boot. He's not convivning anyone with this ridiculous non-response. The man is only there because his opponent was Pidcock. He's out on his arse this year and into obscurity. Also, it shows just how low the tory party have fallen in terms of quality this prick can become chairman. They're fucked man.

Don't think it's impossible a leadership bid could force his hand into an early GE. I doubt he would lose a VoNC but it massively damages his credibility anyway. In normal circumstances. Which we're clearly not in. I've been saying since Truss, the tories will be annihilated next GE imo. You can see why Starmer is being ultra-cautious, the amount of shit the tories and client media (including BBC) are flinging at him. I expect he will produce a good manifesto though, which will add to Labour's position. I think we are looking at worse than '97 for the tories, possibly reduced to double figures. The best bit is, as you allude to, the ones that will survive the purge are the fruit cakes. So they'll have to choose a fruitcake as their shadow leader. It could be Badenoch, it could even be Truss again. I think their best bet would be Mordaunt, but I'm not sure she'll survive and she is too woke for the headbangers.

Good old Dunty certainly has a way with words. OGWN is not the same without him.

He's a bona fide moron if he thinks he can extrapolate the voting patterns of these country bumpkins nationally. Meanwhile, yes please.

According to Mogg, Kingsbury was a bad day for Labour as they didn't get 50%. I can't wait to see this cunt walk the distance.

They're upset by this lady nailing it.

Good stuff. It's actually somewhat surprisingly only the 6th recession in modern histroy. 5/6 have come under tory governments. Remind me why people think they are good with the economy again? As well, at least in the old tory days you got a boom before bust. Now it's just 14 years of bust. 1973: -1.3%, Tory government 1980: -3%, Tory government 1990: -1.6% Tory government 2008: -2% Labour government 2020: -22.5% Tory government 2024: -0.4% Tory government

Had to look up "Homes England" but appears to be some sort of government quango, not a private investor, so potentially this site could still be repurposed maybe? If SJP can't be expanded on or very near its footprint this is the only site I can think of that would be acceptable. Not happy if our options are reduced further. Also, 1,100 homes on a site this big so close to the centre strikes me as quite unambitious, -

Steal his laptop and chop off the finger he uses for biometrics. -
The BBC are repeatedly referring to it as a "technical recession". What does that mean? It's just a fucking recession, full stop. The BBC were also at paind to point out GDP is a lagging indicator, and we might not be in recession right now! As you say, quite the take. We imported over half a million people ;ast year, mainly workers, and yet our GDP still decreased. That is a huge problem. Edit, James O'Brien just gave the figure of change in GDP per capita since just before covid: UK -1.1% US +6.0% EU +2.7% The response from tories will be but Germany. Think it's true that Germany is doing quite badly right now. This is partly due to Ukraine, and partly because their energy policy is nuts and they have embraced austerity which is also nuts. But before we celebrate, consider that Germany is coming from a much higher base than us. Germany GDP per capita: $53,945 UK GDP per capita: $46,428 I also suspect they don't have the same inequalities as us.

What about promoting manager's from the past? No, not Bruce, that would be silly. I'm thinking more.... -
Meanwhile, in some alternative Universe......

UK officially in recession. How's that growth pledge going Sunak? I've made the point before, but GDP is not the relevant indicator here, GDP per capita is (or should be). That's how the economy impacts on people. If you look at that, apparently we were in recession throughout the entirety of Sunak's tenure.

Aye, me too. Boring as fuck tbh. Contrary to what they think, the fans don't come across as particularly well. They're 100% reactionary and often very strange looking. The idea that someone stateside would say "Wow, look at those fans, I want some of THAT!!!" is laughable. Also why do they love that Onion person? What a whinging fanny he is.

Yah, yah, ze model.

Apparently Jobe is shit again. I can't keep up.
