  1. Fred on before Bruno, just fuck off.
  2. That was class tbf, the budgie headed cunt.
  3. 10 You're a mag! 20 No, you're a mag! 30 Fuck off, YOU'RE a mag! FTM. 40 GOTO 10
  4. Also since it's subgroup analysis I imagine the error bars on this would be pretty large.
  5. Also of note in that graph, stubborness is a function of age, and 20% who voted Leave now want to rejoin. WHy Starmer is running scared of the Leave mob is beyond me, I guess he's counting on the fact that remain voters are more forgiving, which is probably true.
  6. Interesting. Huge increase in support for rejoining the EU in the North East (and South West), two of the worst affected areas. Meanwhile support has gone down in my thick as fuck age group.
  7. Next tory scandal incoming? They have taken us to the fucking cleaners. https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2022/nov/23/revealed-tory-peer-michelle-mone-secretly-received-29m-from-vip-lane-ppe-firm?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other
  8. Looking at the data there, 509,000 legal immigrants from outside of Europe (whilst EU citizens actually leave). Half a million. Wasn't the argument from Brexiteers that EU citizens drove down wages? What do they think half a million people from Asia will do? Meanwhile our government and home secretrary obsess about sending a handful of "illegal immigrants" (i.e. asylum seekers) to Rwanda.
  9. And as you say, the brexiteers faux outrage that this is somehow racist is so fucking transparent. They hate all foreigners, but especially brown ones. Like my step father-in-law. Won't travel to continental Europe (Cyprus is okay apparently) because, well fuck knows really. Guess just xenophobic, hoonestly don't know where it comes from.
  10. Of course but since a lot of Brexiteers are more than a little bit racist in reality they will be fucking seething inside. Not a vote winner for the tories. Call me racist if you like, but I am quite open in preferring intra-European immigration to global immigration. I kind of view it like concentric circles. So people who live in the UK and the RoI have absolutely no hindrance to travel within the British Isles. Then we extend it out to Europe with a few restrictions (i.e. FOM). Then outside that you need visas. The reason being we have shared historical and cultural values with our neighbours, and, you know, through reasons of fucking physical geography, it just makes sense. So as I said yesterday I think, a European can come over here and pick fruit or work in the hospitality industry for a summer or whatever, then go back home, which the huge majority do. And vice versa of course. Everybody wins. This will not be the case with someone who's travelled all the way from India, how many strawberries picked would that flight be?
  11. I mean, that's like Germans coming over to our country dressed as nazis. I had to have words with @Isegrim about that last time. How thick are these people?
  12. Latest ONS immigration figures should cheer up the gammons. Europeans OUT! Indians IN! Net immigration now a staggering 504,000 apparently.
  13. It costs about £300k to train a doctor in the UK. If they pass pass their exams and are "poached" by a richer country, is that morally acceptable? Maybe so, for the UK. But if it were not the UK, if it were a poor developing country where half the population is dire need of medical care, is it a moral issue then? I agree that it is actually.
  14. Like Candy man, will he appear if we call his name three time? @wolfy @wolfy @wolf...... Actually fuck that!
  15. I thought they were favourites? Then I see they-re playing Richarlison up front? No Bruno? Fuck off man.
  16. Did you ever meet their king, wolfy? He was enough to drive you, erm, insane.
  17. So, according to our exile friend, Messi is in the pockets of the Saudis and deliberately threw the match yesterday so that Saudi can host the cup in 2030 and continue sports washing or something. This despite Messi scoring a penalty and KSA's winner being a wonder goal. Impressive. Rokerparkpies agrees. Got to be some involvement from the shady cabal of geordie businessmen here as well.
  18. Fucking hell man, what a slur on the Japanese nation.
  19. Where we are with the third most important ministerial position in the UK today. Home secretary doesn't understand or care about her own ploicy. Scum.
  20. I think Sturgeon willbe relieved. She can rightfully keep up the anti-democratic narrative, which will keep the party in power for the foreseeable. But all the opnion polls show that the Scots are not ready for another referendum at the moment. Plus, surely she has to learn from the mistakes from Brexit and make a super majority a requirement? A divided Scotland won't work as an independent state. On the other hand, presuming Labour do get in power and things get better the opportunity may be lost. Of course, Labour could ensure this by offering consitutional reform (PR, federalisation), but won't. Ultimately I believe Scotland are better off out, but the transition will be very painful. I'd personally prefer them to get on with it so I can retire there when the economy is sorted out.
  21. Just to echo what Gemmill said, everybody here will help in any way they can I'm sure. You have people checking on you which means they care, if you can, reach out to them is my advice. You'll know all this but alcohol is a depressant and honestly should never be used when you're in that place, no way can it help. I'm coming to 4 months off it now and whilst I still have most the issues that put me there in the first place, at least I can function now at a high level again. Not saying you are anywhere near where I was in this regard but for a lot of people its ultimately a one way direction unfortunately. Anyway, take care.
  22. Aye, made my sisters life hell which just worsened her mental health. Still, they gave her what she was entitled to once she was diagnosed with less than 6 months to live, credit where its due. They are utterly callous and devoid of empathy.
  23. I thought the whole point was so you get behind and support a team you wouldn't normally though, a bit of added interest? It's the reason I'm supporting England for the first time in 20 years tbh (plus the NUFC players).
