Now we know Micehelle O'Neil is going, I hope the camera pans to her whilst this bullshit is played out. Looking very uncomfortable. Or maybe as she tries to guide her thumb to the suicide trigger for her dress bomb. Not that I'll be watching any of this shit I can tell you. This coronation stuff has triggered my anti-monarchist loins. I found the queen just about tolerable but this jug eared cunt and his tart of his wife? Not so much.

What the fuck is this? I'm minded to say, "Get to fuck ya cunt".

Not sure the mackems draw makes much difference. If Millwall win their last game at home to Blackburn, they get the 6th play off place. If they draw and the mackems win, them mackems are in the play offs. I'd hope either of those teams lose in their play offs, really don't want Millwall in the top flight, in fact I'd prefer the mackems. Luton, fuck off. Coventry, meh. Controversial maybe, but I hope the smogs make it.

Jesus Christ man.

De Zerbi must be gutted.

Honestly man. Do you never learn to not tempt fate?

What is this? Some mackem tramp making sandwiches on the floor of a public toilet to get one over the fast food chain? Then going hime to live in a tent under a flyover? My brain does not compute, what the fuck is this about?

Nah. He looked like he was playing himself into a dead end. Which would be the case for 99.9999% of players. You're always taught not give a free kick away in this situation. Also, as for him trying to get round Pickford and shooting, no. Firstly, if he had failed this wouldn't even be remembered. And secondly, I live the fact he unselfishly made it a team goal. I'll not bother with clichés about teams winning things, not individuals, but his making this an assist bodes very well for us and I commend him. This may be my favourite NUFC goal ever.

Yeah, I noticed the data wasn't per capita. And then when you consider 90% of the population are dirty illegal immigrants, who are ILLEGAL by definition, you see how bad the problem is.

Plus some additional compensation apparently. Fish can add this as one of his life hacks. Give your provider enough rope to hang themselves, and then go get the ombudsman to get medieval on their arse.

Result. I've been having a long-term dispute with EDF, who fitted a smart meter which never worked and have been billing us based on pure guesswork ever since. Part of the deal with the ombudsman is that they will have to fit a working meter, and our bill will be backdated (3 years) use according to what we use from the next 3 months, starting in June. Sorry kids, I am going to switch the C/H off and live in darkness for 3 months this summer.

Yes and no. Fully agree exercise is important for both physical and mental wellbeing, but it won't help fix the underlying issues and could even mask them in the worst case scenario, much like alcohol can (although in a much more healthy way, obviously, and I'm not saying there are significant downsides to exercise). So yeah, an adjunctive to professional help but not a replacement. Getting access to help is the big hurdle in this shit hole of a country though. My lithuanian colleague needed some medical treatment and went back home for it. Their health service, part of the soviet bloc three decades ago, is better than ours. Anyway, apologies for digressing!

That's good advice for the Great North Run. Have you any advice for his emotional predicament though? All jokes aside when you're in a place like this you do need to take every day at a time, BUT at the same time peek up occasionally and try to see the bigger picture, and focus on hte positive things in your life.

So, according to this (completely tapped) lad, we are bribing the opposition to play badly. This is an accusation he has made on every match we've won, although apparently Villa have mackem levels of morality and rejected the bribe (without reporting it). We've spent 295 million to avoid relegation! (Not sure on the maths for this tbh). But not only that! Our club are bribing our own players! (I think that is also known as giving them a salary/bonuses). And not only that! Our club are also paying for the atmosphere at the ground! This is truly shocking stuff, quick someone call Panorama.

Just to echo what others have said. Post/reach out if it helps, don't if it doesn't, we all understand either way. Personally it helped me loads last year duuring my darkest hours, which if I'm honest feel like a bad dream now to an extent. SInce then I've managed to turn things round, even got promoted at work, found myself in the position I can start living without dread and my depression has largely lifted. Anxiety, not so much, but I'm working on it. Your posts specifically helped me last year Craig, I hope you know I appreciate it. I hope you can access the help you need. You can and will get through this.

Richard Sharp has gone. Honestly, why the fuck would anyone want to have anything to do with Johnson? Absolutely everybody and everything involved with him gets fucked over in the end. Everything he touches turns to shit but by then he's off turning the next thing to shit. He really is our Trump.

I'll be honest, I never wake up in the morning and think "I wish I was a professional footballer with the supreme skills of Gazza, Beardsley, or Isak". I wake up with profound regret I can only dream of having the skills Gemmill does with a pivot table.

And this. I mean how could anyone watch the match and come up with this conclusion? Pretty much Everton were the opposite of this. They put in effort and played quite well, passed well, we're aggressive and were backed by a hostile crowd, until we just broke them with our quality. That's the objective truth.

Just bite your lip and get yourself an account man. Not that you're missing much, the fewm is getting that predictable. Spurs are shit, Everton are shit. We're boring to watch. Sunderland would beat either side. Etc. Here's an example from tonight.
