I read a good while ago that London receives a massively disproportionate amount of lottery funding for things like the arts despite it already being far more well stocked, so to speak, in that area than the rest of the UK.

Reminds me of Mr Angry off Steve Wright in the Afternoon -
Probably best known for his negative defensive tactics but certainly warrants a mention as a highly influential coach and his record speaks for itself. Used to like listening to him as a pundit as he always came across as very knowledgeable. Remember him from the early days of Football Italia on C4 as well. RIP
