Paddy could still kick the fuck out of the lot of them like.

I almost want to see the Tories be the biggest single party (which looks quite likely) and to be bereft of anyone with enough seats willing to go into coalition. Could conceivably see a compromised Ed Milliband being forced into a coalition on the basis that proper PR is on the agenda. I could see an electorate going for it if it was sold right.

We were in for him when he went to Blackburn. I don't blame him for opting to go there but let's not over romanticise things. Also, I wonder if he'd have stayed throughout the post-Keegan years if he hadn't had the injury at Everton because he was a very good PL player rather than world class after that. Again that's a realistic outlook rather than a criticism. I think personal ambition overriding the club you supported as a bairn is perfectly reasonable.

Like the owner not being remotely interested in the pursuit of trophies

It's like a list you'd be impressed with if you were CT

Don't think it's a wind-up like Also, whilst going to the theatre isn't my cup of char, the RSC have been coming to the Theatre Royal annually for about 40 years.

Imagine how they'd go on if the Johnson situation was happening here btw. Inherently moral

Surprised more don't support the mackems tbh. They've got the mentality perfected

You can rely on LM to cheer you up at times like this. Or any other time for that matter

I would be preparing spin friendly pitches like. Even then, we're in bother. Be nice for the likes of Ken to see an away Ashes series win for the first time I suppose

I don't think you have that much control over how much you care but (although it saddens me to admit as much) I'm quite pleased I'm no longer that bothered. Obviously I want to see the team do well and I care to an extent but I was particularly struck after the last derby. I was arsed for 2 minutes after the match. Then it was 'meh'. It didn't come close to ruining my weekend. In many ways that's the regime's biggest crime but, like I say, it's better that way because the club is going absolutely nowhere

What happens if I reckon someone will go and also want them to go but I don't want to jinx it?

Matt LeTissier just referred to Gareth Bale as an 'introverted winger' on SSN

Probably hanging around the Strawberry carpark

Think that finally ends any suggestion that the club lacks ambition
