  1. Anyone from 12th place and below could easily get relegated this year. Only 6 points separate 12th and 20th.
  2. Massive ‘soccer’ fan John Redwood chipping in
  3. Be fair. That particular sector of the black market is thriving thanks to this government 👍🏻
  4. The BBC bosses took the decision to do a far shorter show. They’ve basically taken their ball home with them because they’re getting beat. That decision wasn’t forced upon them by Lineker and co (although they’ll probably argue it was)
  5. They’ve tried to appease the racists, but they’re so incompetent they haven’t even managed that.
  6. They’re like the Tories tbh. Anything to distract themselves from the real issue, being 12th in the Championship
  7. https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2023/mar/11/we-could-feel-the-gravity-of-it-it-was-electrifying-50-photographs-that-reshaped-sport?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Other
  8. Tracey Thorn was on Danny Baker’s radio show a good while back and she came across really well. She was funny and didn’t take herself remotely seriously. I wouldn’t say I was a big fan of EBTG but I really like her voice.
  9. Le Tissier is so fucking thick he can’t see the difference
  10. I heard about that too and I think it’s been mentioned on here. Available on iPlayer but not being broadcast on tv. Some state of affairs when scientifically sound, evidence-based stuff is being suppressed for fear of offending right wing, snowflake nut jobs
  11. Aye. He’s effectively a contractor rather than an employee.
  12. She’s a fucking cunt as well. Bruce, not the wife
  13. It’s not even just that, do they normally declare people’s financial interests / backers / who they work for like? Because I know they don’t fucking mention it when you get a Tory MP on who is paid by a company with a vested interest in the subject they’re on to talk about.
  14. Matthew Syed on C4 news saying the bbc are in the right. What a boring, contrarian nonentity that cunt is btw
  15. BBC bosses have played a blinder here like
  16. Surely that’s not true. I thought he was named after Keir Hardie. Or have I been whooshed?
  17. Why do people call him ’Keith’ btw? I’ve generally seen it from people who say Corbyn won the argument and shit like that. I presume it’s meant to get an insult but it’s gone over my head whatever it is
